Chapter 9

Anthony's pov

We arrived at the venue after an hour or so of traffic. "Guys we are here so get whatever you need and let's head out" our manager said. The boys got up and u tried to wake Jaden. Can i just say that waking up Jaden is the worst, this man sleeps like a rock. It's scary sometimes, he sleeps so heavily that you can't even tell if he's alive. After a few minutes of trying and me, Jay and Griffin are still on the bus i decided to get Griffins help. "Yo Griffin can you please help me over here" i yell from the back. "ight" i hear from him. He comes over and looks at me then follows my eyes. We both stared at Jaden. "i can't wake him up, it's impossible" i sigh. "Bet" Griffin says. "Griffin your one word answers are fucking annoying" i laugh pushing him. "Word?" he says eyebrows raised. "Oh my god JUST WAKE HIM" I shout. "ok ok calm your tits" he mocks Jaden. I can't help but die of laughter right there. Remembering how cranky and frustrated Jaden was was hilarious but cute. "Wake. Him. Up." i say wiping tears from my eyes. "ahem,,, JADEN GET THE FUCK UP" Griffin literally screams making me flinch. I see Jaden jump straight up hitting his head on the roof of the bus. "ah" he says sitting back down rubbing his head. Me and Griffin are literally crying on the floor. "It's not funny" Jaden pouts. "Yes, yes it is" i say. Jaden pouts and starts to kick us as we were still on the ground. "ow ok ok" me and Griffin screech. "You guys are annoying" Jay says sitting back down getting comfortable. "Jaden you can't go back to sleep, the meet and greet" Griffin sighs. Jaden's eyes go wide, he must i've forgotten. "Shit" "Don't worry you will be fine, right Grif" i ask looking at him. "Yeah Jay, you will be better than fine, and if anything happens you can come to one of us" "Word" Jay replies. I turn around quick and hit Griffin. "Ow the fuck was that for" "YOU ARE TEACHING HIM YOUR WAYS" i shout as i continue to hit him. "Griffin and Jaden just laugh. "Yo lets go we have people waiting" i hear the manager yell from outside. Griffin runs out and i follow but before i get off the bus i turn around and take Jadens hands into mine. "You. will. be. fine." i say to him. I could sense his worry no matter how hard he tried to hide it. He squeezes my hand and lets go. We walk to the into the venue to see everything set up. "Thanks for the help" Noen says sarcastically. "You're welcome" i say with a smile. I look over to see Jaden looking at the line of excited fans. He has a look of worry and nervousness. I take his hand and go to the bathroom. As we got in i saw Jaden had tears in his eyes, trying to fight them back. "I can't do this" his voice cracked. It broke my heart. I sat down and put him on my lap so he's facing me. i took his hands and intertwined them with mine. "Jaden Hossler, you can most certainly do this. If you need help i am here. We are all here. You don't always have to do things alone, and even if you wanted to i wouldn't let you." i said smiling lightly to him. "I-i feel as if i have to protect you, i feel like i have to protect you from all the bad in the world because, well you don't deserve any of the bad things that come your way. But this, this right here, isn't a bad thing. You can do this Bubs. Don't let your fears take over you. Now you are going to go out there and prove to yourself that you can do anything." i say softly. He has tears in his eyes. He hugs me, still sitting on my lap. He let's go and looks into my eyes. I'm to lost in his eyes to realize that we are moving closer together. My heart starts to beat rapidly and finally, our lips touch. It was soft and slow, our lips moving in sync, a kiss full of passion, not lust. Jay wraps his arms around my neck while i grab onto his waist. He breaks the kiss and we try to catch our breath, foreheads touching. "Jay, will you be mine?" i ask. "Of course" he was smiling. I smile and give him a quick peck on the lips as i stand up. I see him blush and i smirk. He says me and blushes more "shut up" he says. "I haven't even said anything babe." i chuckle. I see him blush even harder from the pet name. I laugh. "What are we going to tell the boys? The fans?" he says a little worriedly. "Hey it's ok, we can tell them whenever. it doesn't have to be now, or today." i smile at him. He nods intertwining our hands again. We leave the bathroom hands separating. I look back to see Griffins and Chaser making heart shapes with their hands and mouthing "i ship" "Shut up" i mouthed, blushing and turning around to catch up to Jaden. I could hear them burst out in laughter as i walk away. The boys and Cynthia took their place.

Time skip to when meet and greet is over

I loved meeting my fans, it was great meeting the people who brought me to where i am now. I can never thank them enough for that. It was kind of them to bring us gifts. I was brought a little bracelet that said Janthony while Chase and Noen got one that said Choen. It was nice knowing that our fans would support us. It's gonna suck when they find out Chase and Noen is never going to happen. It's sad honestly, because you can see the love in Noens eyes for Chase but Chase just wanted some clout. But i'm not the one to judge 👀. I took a few glances towards Jaden during the meet and greet and he was doing great, he was smiling the whole time and it was adorable. As we were starting to leave i grabbed Jays hand, he looks up at me and smiles. As we sat down in the back of the bus Jadens phone started to ring. He looked at the number confused and answered it. I went onto my phone not paying any mind to his call, not wanting to eavesdrop.

Jaden's pov

I have never seen this number before, i answer it. Before i could even take a breath the person speaks "i know where you are, you are going to regret leaving me." and hangs up. I recognized that voice from anywhere, it was my dad.
