~Xella's pov~

"Skylar you are from now on banned from using that tranquilizer unless completely necessary."

"But that is so unfair. I did nothing wrong!" Skylar yelled defensively.

"You knocked the prisoner out for an entire week with only one of your tranquilizers and was about to shoot him twice. Not to mention your best friend."

"Now that is not my fault. IT'S XAVIER'S! He started itttt......"She pointed an accusing finger at Xavier who was slouching on the office's couch, stuffing popcorn.

"You were going to shoot me!!!" Xavier replied throwing popcorn at Skylar.

"You were making inappropriate comments about us, you ass."

"Glad you know who I am."

"Okay people shut up. You can all kill each other after not now or I'm making you both clean it. Together." Well at least that shut them up. For now."Thank you. Now back to business. Any news on our next target?"

"Yeah. We have until midnight to capture him. He's taking a flight to Los Angelos at one for some official gang business." Evelyn Felix, another one of our hackers, said looking like she couldn't care less about this meeting. Maybe because it's practically the same every time.

"Any updates on our current prisoner? Did he awaken yet?"

"No. Not yet at least."

"Okay. Reagan how are you feeling?"

"Much better." She grunted, narrowing her eyes towards Xavier. They will never let this go, would they?

"Skylar. I'm giving you this assignment. And don't shoot anyone unless necessary please. Carry Reagan with you. As for the rest of you, you're dismissed." I waited for everyone to walk out of the room. Realizing that Raven wasn't going to leave, I shut the door and turned to face her.

"I wanted to talk to you about something that I just can't get off my head." She started off taking a seat on the couch.

"Don't tell me your in love or anything 'cause I know nothing about that crap." I said immediately.

She chuckled. "You know I hate love. It's not that...You remember all those time you were on missions. There's always something that takes effort or something has to go wrong or something like that?"

"Yeah..." I replied getting confused.

"Well there was something about this mission that was just too easy. Don't you think so?"

"That makes sense since he is one of the best officers in the whole of New York. I'll take a look at it and try to get something out of him when he wakes up."

We sat in silence for some time with her eyeing me until she broke the silence with a question I despise. "Are you okay?"

"Of course I am. Why wouldn't I be"
