Amon's POV

Why did I agree to leave the guild to go do something with the Drayan's mostly Adrian and Haspiel.

I walk in the forest and with my claws off my hands to put them in a pocket I have to go back to Shadow Guild.

I am actually worried of Janus getting hurt by Morrigan.

I hate Morrigan who always wants to flirt with me and even I try to have Janus to be safe.

I put my claws again and kill some monsters in the way until I reach the guild that I call home.

I reach the guild and quickly go to my office as Verdandi walks it.

"Hey Amon" Verdandi says as she walks over to me.

"Hey Verdandi and how was it today? " I ask as she stays quiet for a minute.

"Well it was calm and I was with Kali doing some work and rest and Morrigan, im not so sure." Verdandi says as she touches one of her piercings.

"What about Janus?" I ask and yes I have a crush on Janus a bit but he is still a child with a teddy bear.

Verdandi shrugs her shoulders. "Well not so sure."

I sigh and fix some of my strands of curled hair that got messed up.

Out of nowhere, Kali runs inside my office, panting heavily.

Verdandi asks in worry. "What's wrong Kali?! "

"J-Janus....got stabbed.........b-by M-Morrigan! " Kali yells out as she had her arm cut, bleeding slightly.

Verdandi and I look at each other and run out of my office to find Janus.

We ran all over the part and I saw it, it was Morrigan with her katana in her hand pinning Janus to the ground, crying.

Verdandi looked at me as I went over to the scene.

"Morrigan!" I yell in anger, hurting a child.

"Yes my love? ~" She asks if she was my girlfriend.

"Don't call me that and let go of Janus! " I yell, looking down at Janus on the floor, bleeding and crying.

It hurted my heart to see him like this as Morrigan decided to leave.

I bent down next to Janus, shaking pretty badly.

"It's okay Janus. I am here. " I said softly as Verdandi went to his other side and grabbing his teddy bear, Janeth.

I carefully picked him up and took him to my bedroom.

Verdandi follows as I placed Janus on the bed carefully, him griping on me.

"Are the injuries deep or just small? " Verdandi asks as she places Janeth on the bed as Janus grabs his teddy hear, wincing in pain.

"Janus, I need to treat you and I know you was scared but let me treat you. " I say softly as I take off his hat.

Janus let's go of his teddy bear and sits up as I grab medication for his wounds.

Moments later...

I finish patching him up and Verdandi left earlier.

I gave in last touches as Janus grabs my hand with his small hands touching mine.

"What's wrong Jan-" I got cut off as Janus kisses my lips softly and pulls away fast.

"I-Im so s-sorry! I-It came over me! " Janus yells and backs away slowly from me.
