Pregnant

I put my head in my hands, it's nothing I just have to wait five minutes. I'm sitting on the floor, my knees brought to my chest. I don't take my eyes off the object of my worries. Mon phone's ringing to let me know that the five minutes have passed. I get up, get closer to the sink and look at the test, result... two bars, I look at the leaflet and tears are forming... I'm pregnant. I throw the test in the trash and I go out of the bathroom.

I go downstairs and join my boyfriend Lenni, I don't even know how I'm going to tell him the news, I don't know how he's going to react and everything starts to be stressful. I sit in the couch next to him, I put my head on his chest as his arms were wrapped around my shoulders. He is watching one of his favorite series, American Horror Story, I still think about how to tell him but I don't know, I prefer to wait a little longer. 

His episode ends and I decide to prepare food for tonight. Lenni joins me in the kitchen and wraps his muscular arms around me. I turn to face him:

"-When was the last time we did... things" 

"-You mean having sex ?" He looks at me with his beautiful smile, I nod. "I don't know, maybe a week ago why you want to start again ?" My handsome canadian smirks and kiss my neck as I push him slowly, he stares at me, he doesn't seem to understand my gesture.

"-Have we had safe sex ?" I ask.

"-I don't know, I don't think, it was when we celebrated our 2 years, you really start to worried me, something's wrong ?" 

I look down but he gently raises my chin so our eyes meet. 

"I don't know how to tell you, and I don't know how you will react but ..." I paused as he continued my sentence "Are you pregnant Y/n?" I nod.

Lenni does not react at the moment but after a few seconds of silence, he kisses me.

"Even if it's a little early, it's the best day of my life and I hope to be a wonderful dad!" 

Tears flow from my eyes as I laugh. "Of course babe"

Lenni spent the evening taking care of me ... I can't wait to see him in his dad role!
