OBJECTIFIED🍃
No matter how Hard I try,
I simply can't forget the way you dismissed my cries and grunts of disapproval.
My petrified expression ever so clear in your cold eyes as you had your way with me.
You didn't even recognize the lifelessness creeping into my being,
just as you were invading me.
You have robbed me of my serenity
and made me a mere object of your pleasure.

A/N : like I said in the first author's note, this was written from/according to my personal experience and. If you have gone through this or something similar, please talk to someone. Tell a friend you trust, write it down in your diary or journal or simply just record it on your phone and delete it after. It helps to just talk and "get it off your chest".. With my first experience I did not tell anyone for at least 6 months, I only told my friend because I kept reliving the incident in my dreams and I was at my breaking point
. With this experience I decided to write it as a poem and share with people just bring back some awareness to rape as I was beginning to feel that ithe fight against rape was becoming stagnant.
