Joey needs to have a much more, what's the word, organized schedule. For some reason, Joey is either, really late to work and leaves us, employees, outside for god knows how long or, is way too early and yells at everyone for being 'late'.
Today, he was late. On the worst possible day. It was snowing last night and the temperature was less than 30°F.

Joey arrived somewhat around thirty minutes later. His arrival was made apparent by the groans and cursing of other employers.
"Alright, alright calm down. I'm here."
Calm down?!
Calm down?!
This motherfucking bastard!
He leaves us outside in 30° weather for over an hour!
And he wants us to calm down?!
Luckily Henry has some mind-reading ability and told Joey exactly what I was thinking.
"Calm down?! DREW! You left us outside in 30° weather for over a God damn hour! Hell, I'm sure if you weren't the boss, your ass would've been beat!"

Henry is a very wise man.
"...."
Drew fell silent. Unnervingly silent.
He unlocked the door and let us inside. But, not before getting flicked in the forehead by Henry.
After that, the workday went by as normal, except for the lack of Joey.
Usually, he patrols the halls, making sure we're working, but not today.

At the end of my shift, I saw Joey talking with Henry, he looked upset. At first, I couldn't tell why. But, then I noticed that Henry was holding a box.
A box that contained items from his work station.
Henry was quitting? But, why!
