Drunken confession

John was drunk, again

He was with his friends Lafayette and Hercules, Alex had to stay home because of his girlfriend Eliza

"Dude I have an idea" Herc said with a drunken voice "why don't we call numbers on our contact list"

"Ooh let's do it~" Laf said

They decided to call someone in John's contacts as his phone was the only one with battery

"Let's call Angelica" Herc said already starting calling her number before John had any time to stop him

They gave John the phone

Angelica was his Ex they had broken up because they decided that they weren't meant for each other, but John still loved her so much

"Hello" John could recognize that voice anywhere it was Angelica

"Angie heyy" John said, there was silence for a moment

"John are you drunk?" Angelica asked making him gulp

"No of course nottt" John said trying to not seem drunk

"You are drunk" Angelica sighed "where are you?"

"At that bar in New York"

When John said this Angelica instantly knew where he was that's where she used to pick him up

"I'm going to pick you up ok?" Angelica sighed once again

"Sureee~" John said and she ended the call and started driving

She couldn't believe he got drunk once again, she even thought on leaving him there but she couldn't, it was not because of him being her Ex that she would leave him

When she got to the bar she quickly spotted John alone

"John" he quickly turned around and put on a drunken smile, he was with a shot on his right hand

"Angiee~" he said

"There's no Angie, let's go" she said taking his drink from his hand and pushing him out of the bar

When they got outside she quickly led him to her car and sighed when she got there, to John's house would take one hour or more

She didn't know what to do, he could sleep at her house, on the couch and then he would go away

She was going to do this

She got in her car and started driving

"Where are we going Angie?" John asked still pretty drunk

"Ok first of all don't call me Angie and second we're going to my house" she said pretty annoyed by him

"Oh okay Angie" John said as Angelica sighed angrily

When they got to her house she told him to wait in the couch, he was still pretty drunk but he was getting lesser

"Okay so this is where your going to sleep" Angelica said pointing to the couch that was with blankets and a pillow "Good night John" she turned around

"Wait" John said and she turned around with an annoyed look on her face "I have to tell you something"

"What?" She asked

"I still love you" he said "so much"

Angelica was surprised at first, but he was drunk after all, he would probably forget about everything tomorrow

What Angelica didn't know was that John was with depression again, after they broke up John tried to kill himself, but of course Angelica didn't know about anything

"We'll talk about this tomorrow" she said turning around once again to go to her bed

"Wait I have to clean this" John said and she turned around once again this time seeing cuts on his arms

She was shocked he was back at it again?

With a guilty look she examined the cuts as she touched them some started bleeding, probably because he did them a few hours before, she got water and cleaned his arm

He then lay down on the couch, Angelica got to him this time

"Good night Jack sleep well" she said putting a hand in his face

"will you give me a goodnight kiss?" He asked

Angelica giggled

He tried to kiss her but she pushed him away

"Not now" Angelica said going to her room sighing as she did

The next morning

John woke up with a big headache and when he looked around he didn't know where he was

He groaned

"Good morning" A voice said from what he assumed was the kitchen

The girl came to the living room and he immediately putted on a shocked face

"A-Angelica" he said still shocked that she was actually here with him "What did I do last night?"

"You called me" she said laughing

"I-I did?, I'm so sorry Angelica" John said

"No problem, I made breakfast by the way" Angelica said going to the kitchen and coming back with a plate with pancakes

"Thanks" he said smiling at her

"Are you cutting yourself again?" Angelica asked making a serious face

John looked shocked again

"H-How do you know?" He asked

"I saw them last night" she took his hand "was it after we broke up?"

John nodded "b-but you don't have to worry about me, I'm your Ex after all, I shouldn't even be here, I'm probably bothering you, I'm leaving don't worry"

"No no you're not bothering me John and of course I would be worried I care about you" she said still holding his hand and putting her hand on his face touching the curls of his hair

"Y-You care about me?" John asked

"Of course I do John" she said kissing his hand

And in that moment he felt like he needed to say something "I love you" he said but then started apologizing "I-I'm sorry"

"Don't be really John, you told me that last night too"

"I did?, oh my god" at this point John looked super flustered

"I wanted to tell you something" she paused "I love you too"

John looked shocked again "y-you do?"

"Yes, I-I'm sorry if I hurt you, I-I'm so in love with you John, and I'm probably the reason you're depressed again" she said crying

John putted his hand on her face and cleaned her tears

"H-Hey we can still make things work for us, if you want of course" John said

Angelica on that right moment kissed him, with all the passion he could, he after a few seconds kissed back

She pulled away "I would love to" she said putting her head to his and smiling, he smiled back and kissed her cheek

It's crazy how him getting drunk was the reason of him coming back with the love of his life
