A/N: This is just so I can clear up some confusion— Sophie was staying the night at Havenfeild in the first chapter, that's why she was there. She lives in Stargrove. Again, I'm just trying to clear up some confusion :)
Sophie POV
Sophie woke up the next morning wrapped in Keefe's arms. Her head was against his chest, and her arms lay against her chest.
She glanced up to see if he was awake. His eyes were still closed, so he was probably sleeping. His hair was more disheveled than usual, more wild. She liked it like that.
She shifted to get a better look at his face, and he smirked, opening his eyes a bit. He ran his hands through her hair, and she held his gaze.
He didn't seem tired, so he'd probably been awake for a while. He seemed bigger than usual, but that was probably because Sophie was still curled up in the fetal position against his chest.
"Morning..." She said through a yawn.
Keefe chuckled a bit.
"Morning bedhead."
Sophie stretched. She didn't want to get out of bed yet. She was enjoying this moment. Jurek (A/N I think that's his name :p) had told her to take as much time as she needed to get herself together, so she didn't have to go to work, but still, she felt torn between getting up or staying here with Keefe.
And that was the moment she realized she was staring.
Keefe smirked, and rolled out of bed. Sophie sighed, and got out of bet to get ready for the day.
Keefe POV
He knew he was staring, but he honestly didn't care.
She's so peaceful while she's sleeping, he thought, cringing a bit when he realized how creepy he sounded.
But she was just so...gorgeous. The way her hair framed her face in messy, tangled locks of dirty blond made her look so calm. Happy, even.
She started to stir, so he closed his eyes. He felt her shift, probably so she should see if he was awake, so he smirked and opened his eyes.
"Morning..." she yawned.
Keefe chuckled. When she yawned like that, she looked like a gorilla when it pounds on its chest.
"Morning, bedhead."
He felt her mood shift when she stated staring at him, but he didn't mention it. After all, he was staring too.
She seemed to snap out of her daze around the same time he did.
Keefe smirked. He'd always wanted to have a romantic moment like this with her, but now was so not the time. She'd just lost her boyfriend whom she was in a very serious relationship with, and he'd just lost his best friend.
He rolled out of bed. Sophie huffed, and forced herself to get up.
Maybe we can just elope? Just—I dunno—stay here all day? He thought.
Keefe sighed.
Today was going to be a long day.

Sorry it's short :p keep in mind that this was written at 9:00 at night, and I'm VERY tired. I'll proofread better tomorrow, but right now I can barley see what I'm typing. Have a good day—night—afternoon—whatever time it is where you're at—y'all!
Peace ✌🏻

FanfictionHey, future author from like a year later here. I am begging, and I mean BEGGING you, do not read this story. This is by far the worst thing I have ever written, like my fourth grade summary paper with two sentences per paragraph was better written...
