Secrets galore

Chapter four

It's almost been a year. I am now sixteen, people always question why I haven't shifted yet.

I heard yelling coming from downstairs "Where stuck with another horse because of you, it's been sixteen years. Sixteen GOD DAMN YEARS since you left, since you ran away." It was the old alpha who I now knew as Tim. I walked down stairs and the yelling continued.

"Nightmare died last year, his mare and yearling are alive, you better come get them cause this is YOUR FAULT." I was stunned, he-he's getting rid of Alawana and Eclipse? He c-can't can he? I thought, I was pushing back tears.

"Finally we are getting rid of those horses" he said as he put the phone down. I ran down the rest of the stairs.

"YOU CANT" I screamed at him, I'm not going to let them go. He walked over to me and stood in my face.

"I can and I will" he said in a strict tone. I screamed as loud as I could and he stood back. I felt my bones cracking and shifting which made me scream more.

Tim fell back and scooted backwards not looking away. "M-monster, YOUR A MONSTER" he stuttered then screamed. I growled at him.

"What's going on in here" I looked to the front door and a Ronan and Ace were standing there stunned.

I did know what to do, they all thought I was a monster. I was in my wolf form so I ran to my room. I pushed the door open and shut with my nose then laid in front of the door resting my head on my paws.

Th next morning I woke up in human form where I was laying. I got dressed in whatever clothes I could find and went downstairs.

"Sorry" I said with my head down walking into the kitchen. I sat down at a stool on the island.
The pristine white counters sparkling with the morning sun.

The old Luna was cooking dinner. "There is no reason to be sorry dear" she spoke in a sweet voice. "It's not your fault u were born like that and my husband did take it a little too far" she walked over and placed some pancakes in front of me.

I smiled and nodded eating the amazing food she cooked. Ace was a couple seats away from me just staring. "What are you looking at?" I glared at him and he looked away.

"N-nothing" he stuttered I shook my head and went back to eating. He kept looking back at me then looking away when I looked at him.
