Friday had finally rolled around. I just got home from school and remembered Miraculous dance off was tonight.
I ripped off my clothes and put on my ladybug crop top. I slid on my pants and ladybug gloves. I pulled up my arm band that sat on my left arm. I pulled my hair into my normal pig tails and tied my ribbons on the joints of the pig tails. I dug for my earrings and necklace and put them on my body. I went over to my makeup dresser and sat down.
I applied my eyeliner that went all the way to my tearducks with a very obvious wing. I painted on my red mask and applied my scarlet red lipstick.
I rolled my chair over to my hat drawer and pulled out my ladybug hat and pinned it backwards onto my head. I slid on my ladybug hoodie and grabbed my shoes.
I was ready.
I walked down the street and got multiple stares as I walked. I made it to Miraculous and stood in line for a really long time.
"Name?" Asked a big bulky dude. "I'm sorry sir, but I can't tell you that" I responded and he raised a eyebrow. "Follow me." He said walking in to the building. When I went in there was a bunch of food areas and tables to eat at. After the food court was a huge dance floor and a DJ table. I walked past a lot of dancers and into a back room.
"Tikki, we have another one." Said the man to a slim figure behind a chair."Ok, just leave them here." She said and he left. She turned her chair around to me. She looked a little younger than me and wore a really flashy red outfit. Her hair was dyed red with a huge black spot in the middle of her hair.
"Hello, I'm Tikki, what's your name sweet pea?" She said unlocking a file cabinet and pulling out a empty folder. I shook my head and she smiled. "I won't tell anyone, I just need to know so we can apply you for the membership." She said with a small smile on her face. "Marinette Dupain-Cheng" I stammered out and she wrote it on the top of the file and took out a red Polaroid. "Smile." She said and I posed for her pic.
She took the pic and applied it to the inside of the file. "The starting cost is $50" she said and I dug in my pocket and pulled out my $50 and handed it over. "Thanks sweet pea, you can go and have fun, here is your ID card." She said handing me a white card that said "Ladybug" and had my picture on the front.
I walked out and saw a girl that wore a orange crop top and a fox necklace. She had on white and orange tights and some white converse with painted on foxes. She had some fox ears on top of her head and a fox like tail at the end.
I walked over to her knowing that it was Alya. "Hey Rena." I said fist bumping her. "Oh so this is your outfit" she whispered and I nodded. "Who's this?" I asked pointing to a guy wearing all green that stood right next to her.
"This is Carapace!" She said looking at him. He wore a green hoodie T and a huge green shield on the back of his shirt. He wore similar pants to me but they were green.
"Nice to meet you Carapace, I'm Ladybug." I said holding out my hand. He shook my hand and smiled. "Nice to meet you too Ladybug but I have to go DJ for the dance off." He said leaving for the DJ stand.
"WHATS UP MIRACULOUS!?" He yelled into the microphone. We all yelled and cheered till he quited us down. He called some people up to battle and everyone danced off leading up to a guy named Chat Noir. He wore a black crop top that looked really good on him. He had a sleeveless black jacket with some green strips on the back and a lime green fur lining the shoulders. He had black gloves and at the fingertips was lime green. He had on long pants that looked like mine but black in exchange for red and green in exchange for the black.
"OHHHH CHAT!!! I THINK YOU HAVE A NEW OPPONENT, EVERYONE WELCOME TO THE STAGE.....LADYBUG!!!" Carapace yelled into the speaker. I stepped up and smiled at the Feline. "Try my Kitty, Carapace hit it!!" I yelled pointing at him. He nodded and played Mz. Hayde by Halestorm. I felt the beat and started doing my routine.
There was exchanges of danceing between me and Chat Noir. I finished off the song with my signature K-kick pose and the crowd went wild. "MIRACULOUS IT LOOKS LIKE YOU HAVE A NEW LEADER!!" Yelled Carapace in the microphone. Chat bowed and walked up to me. "Let me buy you a drink." He said pulling me towards the bar. I nodded and walked over with him to the bar.
He ordered me and him a coke to drink and he sat next to me. "So Bugaboo, you showed up outta no where, where are you from?" He asked and I smiled. "I'm from Port Neches Groves Texas. Are you from around here Kitty?" I asked and he smirked. "Yes Bugaboo, I'm from around here. Texas? Aren't you a little far away from home?" He asked and I giggled in response. "Yah but my parents just opened up a shop here so... Ladybug came to Paris." I said and he smirked.
We danced a little more and ate some food. "Hey Bugaboo, its getting late. Can I bring you home?" He asked and I smirked. "No one can know my identity little Kitty." I said as I slid on my hoodie. " 'Whos behind the mask' you must be pretty popular back where you are from hu Bugaboo." He smirked at his comment. "What does that staff of yours do?" I asked as I pointed at the rod that stuck to his back. "Oh this..." He pulled out the rod. "This can project me into the air and bring me back down... Watch!" He said as he projected himself up and fell back down.
"Wow thats really cool Kitty!" I said taking it from him and looking at it up and down. He walked me half way home and gave me a sweet hug. "See you tomorrow at the Club, Mlady" I smirked and held him closer. I finally let go and we both walked back to our houses.
