"You and Justin seem to be getting on well" Sophie states bumping hips with Maya as they walk up the street "Yeah he's pretty nice and he's sooooo funny" Mayas cheeks begin to turn red at the thought of Justin "Awwww somebody has a crushhhh" Sophie mocks "Look if you're going to get close to Justin there's a few things you need to know" Maya looks at her big sister in confusion "Just listen, Justin is a great guy, the best guy I know, but he has a temper, he's never taken it out on me or Ariana and I know he would never do it to you either, there are things that trigger it, like if one of the guys say anything remotely bad to me or Ariana, I've even heard him defend you a few times. Now with him living in that house he is definitely going to have more bad days than good ones at least for a while" they both stop walking once they reach the bottom of the steps leading up to their house.

Sophie takes a seat on the third step up from the bottom taking her hand she pats the space next to her "Can we just go inside it's cold" Sophie sends her sister a stern look causing her to take a seat "Do you want mom to know you almost kissed Justin?" Maya begins to rapidly shake her head"That's what I thought, so back to what I was saying, where was I? oh yeah he is going to have more bad days because, you know how Justins' dad died?" Sophie looks at the ground as tears begin to form in her eyes "Y-Yeah" Sophie takes a deep breath and brings her attention to her now confused sister "His dad was killed in that h-house, S-sorry im getting so e-emotional" she lets out a small laugh at the last part as she wipes her tears away "Me and Ariana have always been really close to that family, Jake was always like a dad to me, I remember the father daughter dance like 5 years ago I obviously didn't have a dad to go with and all the girls in school were talking about it, and one night I was talking to Justin heartbroken about it and his dad heard and he said he'd take me, he even drove us there in his squad car" without saying anything Maya raises her arms and engulfs her older sister in a hug.

"So how were your first two nights alone in the new house" Jessica asks her little brother as he sits at the kitchen table eating cereal "I wasn't alone Ariana stayed she's just gone home to shower, Where were you?" Justin questions standing up and bring his bowl to the sink "At a friends house" she responds not looking up from her phone. Justin opens his mouth to say something but shuts it immediately hearing Ariana honk her horn from outside "Better go don't want to keep your girlfriend waiting" Jessica shouts walking out of the kitchen making her way towards the stairs , Justin rolls his eyes grabbing his backpack throwing it over his shoulder.

"Hey bby" Ariana says pitching Justins' cheek as he sits in the passenger seat of her car. "I don't get why you didn't just shower at my place" Justin states putting his belt on, Ariana turns the key starting the car back up before she begins driving "because then I would to of had to borrow clothes from you and people would think something happened and I would rather people didn't think that" Ariana stops the car outside Sophie and Mayas' house and honks the horn "Plus you need to work on things with Maya" He rolls his eyes at her comment and folds his arms as Sophie and Maya get in the back of the car. "Hey hey" Sophie chirps "Morning Soph" Justin turns his head to the back of the car "Morning Maya" he smiles bringing his attention to the younger sister "Morning" she smiles back "Anyway Ari movie tonight?" Ariana shrugs not taking her eyes off the road "Not sure might wanna cry after school" Maya lets out a laugh at Arianas' comment.

The car stops as Ariana pulls into her parking spot and they all get out. Stepping out of the car a big gust of wind blows towards them causing a page from the paper to blow and hit Justin in the face, pulling the paper off his face Justin brings his attention to what it says "Say Goodbye" he mutters to himself reading the title which is circled in red marker, he shrugs his shoulders crumpling the paper up throwing it in the bin. "Hey wait for me" he shouts after the girls as he runs to catch up with them.

"I'm cold" Maya shivers rubbing her arms to try get some heat into her body, without saying anything Justin unzips his hoodie, taking it off he places it over Mayas shoulders "Thank you" Maya smiles as her cheeks turn red, Justin sends her a wink not saying anything while she puts her arms through the sleeves.

"You know she likes you, she knows you like her, why don't you two just get together already" Ariana says out of nowhere as her Justin and Sophie sit in homeroom "hey don't encourage one of my best friends to ask my little sister out" Sophie scoffs causing Ariana to roll her eyes "Shhh Justins' basically in love with her" Justin throws his hands up "Woah woah woah, love? Love is a bit much".

The bell rings signaling that it's time for Math, Justin jumps up grabbing his bag he quickly leaves the class not waiting for the girls.

"He is definitely in love with her" Ariana turns her attention to Sophie who is standing beside her nodding "oh yeah 100%" they both shrug their shoulders before making their way to class. "I'd hate to be you two" Sophie states as Justin and Ariana lean against the lockers waiting for the teacher, Justin and Ariana turn and give so a confused look "Oh yeah I meant to say why whoops, you have Ms.Davidson 3 times a day this year that has to be rough" hearing some clear their throat Sophie turns around seeing Ms.Davidson standing there with her arms crossed "Personally I think I am a delight Ms.Davis if you don't want that mouth of yours you might just catch yourself being kept back for an extra two hours with me everyday this week" instead answering back Sophie just nods her head and walks into the class room taking her seat with Justin and Ariana following behind her.

"Jeez that class was intense" Ariana says walking out of the class room into the crowded hall "We done 20 minutes of work" Ariana turns on her heels so she's now facing Justin "yes, and that 20 minutes of Math was intense Miller" Justin rolls his eyes and continues walking.
