I'm having a dilemma.
Should I really asked her about the bracelet?
"I think I'm really going crazy.... those things don't exist, that bracelet is just an ordinary bracelet, and maybe it's just an accident that I experienced a reoccurring dreams"
I mumbled as I walked through to their garden thinking rationally on my past and future decisions. Surprised was an understatement when Mrs. Tomioka suddenly appeared. Luckily I managed to compose myself.
" Good morning Jennie chan, how was your sleep?? " I sheepishly smiled and bowed to her after.
" I-it was wonderful Tamioka san "
" That's good to hear. Btw, there is a little temple near hear your Grandma just went there"
I did saw a little temple yesterday not far from Tomioka's residence.
" Hey, come let's have a tea" she looked at my right hand suspiciously.
" Where is your bracelet? Don't tell me you threw it?? "
" N-no Tomioka san I just took it off. It's on the guest room" she just nodded in response.
" Please wear it, go get it in your room"
Mrs. Tamioka read my fortune through looking at my palms, she warned me again to be careful and I should keep my brave character till the end, no matter what the circumstances will be.
I was perplexed.
She only gave me a book, a Japanese
blue book entitled " Not a star crossed lovers" by Shizuka Tomioka."What is this?? Tomioka san"
"As you can see it's clearly a book"
I think Mrs. Tomioka is making fun of me.
" I know it is Tomioka san, it's just--"
She cut me off.
"It's a book that my Grand daughter has published last year, it was my husband's 10th death anniversary. Read this, it'll help you"
"H-how?? I'm sorry but, you said something that this bracelet has some magic or whatever it is, how can this be connected on this? I'm getting more confused Tomioka san"
The elder woman just smiled at me and glanced on the book.
"That story is inspired on my younger days. A... better version of it"
She now stood up to her seat to glance on the clear blue skies through the window.
••••I was silent the whole ride. I took a deep breath every time I think about Mrs. Tomioka's advice to me. Thankfully, Grandma didn't asked me anything because I'm literally out of words.
When we arrived on the manor, I immediately excused myself to rest.I'm emotionally and mentally tired.
-----Dreams?
The white ceiling greeted me when I opened my eyes. Confused again. I immediately familiarize the place and if I'm not mistaken, I'm in hospital. I tried to get up, but damn my head is back to it's work of giving me excruciating pain.
"O-oh Noona, a-are you okay? do you want something?? O-oh I should call the doctor--"
I stared at Jungkook blankly then panic realizing the situation that I'm currently in. I stopped him by grabbing his arm.
" Jungkook, how did I get in here? What happened? O-owww"
Damn why does my head hurts like hell.Jungkook panicked and went closer to my side and pat my head trying to help me ease the pain and it worked.
