Inconsistent

Jennie didn't saw it coming

She only expected to stroll on the park with the man, just a regular night to be pissed off to him again but then it got twisted. They came home silent not sparing a look nor words on each others as they got back to their place.

The 2 have been ignoring each others for weeks. Aside from their busy schedules, they didn't intend to cross their paths as of now.

They both knew that their relationship was kinda more than " friEnds " , yet they are both afraid to make a first move, and it was also impossible due to Jennie's situation.

" Alright guys, the current group is about to finish their performance in... 5 minutes you're going to perform next, so... good luck! . As for you Jennie go to the backstage now, everything is set "

The girls made their cheers before parting. Jennie was nervous as she walk her way through backstage, but to be honest she was distressed all the time and the sight of Taehyung in his all black suit with pastel pink hair worsened it.

She want to reconcile with Taehyung or at least clear the things between them, but pride and lack of confidence always gets on her way. Jennie has accustomed his existence on her life, however she chose to distance herself. It might help their feelings to died down and save each other careers instead.

Meanwhile, Taehyung was partly on the same boat as hers. The man was mentally scolding himself for treating Jennie on that way. He knew it was also hard for the woman, yet he acted like a fool and lashed out his unspoken feelings without considering hers. The man already told himself at the beginning to be more cautious, sees her only as a friend or an inspiration since she caught his attention the moment he met her.

Relationships and such things won't work on them for now, but his silly heart made it's way up until this situation.

The Sky park incident was still tormenting him. He can't face the woman in this state.

He was attentively watching Jennie through the Television as she performed her solo song. Jin noticed it and poked his side.

" You're completely whipped on that woman huh, the SBS staff was filming us awhile ago. Good thing I blocked your side and displayed my perfect features instead "

" Give me a break hyung " He plainly answered on the elder.

The event went smooth for both groups, but not until the closing ceremony. Jennie can't help herself to stole some glances at the man and so is he. Their eyes did not met each others gaze, however they both feel each others intimidating presence.

Jennie was contemplating whether he'll contact the man and give her present that was meant to be given last christmas. A day had passed after the event, but she was still a bit hesitant to approach the man. She felt stupid at the thought of buying him presents and distancing herself at the same time.

" I should give this to him, I'm just going to instruct someone to send this on his apartment that's all. It's not bad a bad idea right ? "

She contradicted her thoughts and made her way to his apartment. Nervous and thrilled at the same time.
