chapter eleven

"Stan!" The group screamed through the sewers. Emily's heart rate quickened every second that they couldn't find Stanley. Richie could see her panicking and grabbed her hand. His touch calmed her down instantly but she needed to find Stan.

"Stan!" Eddie screamed through the tunnel, jumping into the sewer. The group follow Eddie out to the tunnel as they land in the water. "Shit, grey water" Eddie mumbles trying to get over the dirt and bacteria he was standing in.

"Help!" A voice screams through the tunnels. Emily drops Richie's hand and runs towards the voice.

"Stan!" She screams running towards a metal door. The group try push it open but the door is stiff. Emily could feel her heart beating faster in her chest as she uses all her strength to push the door open as do the rest of them. They all feel the door open and run in to find Stanley.

"Stanley!" Richie shouts looking around the room. Eddie sees a flashlight and picks it up, shining it at a slim creepy lady with her mouth over Stanley's face. They scream in horror, scared that their friend is dead. The figure lets go of Stan and hides back into the darkness of the sewers only then to reveal the clown who disappears.

"Stanley!" Multiple voices shout as they surround him. The boy screams as he sits up, terrified and scared.

"You left me! Your not my friends!" Stanley screams at the group. Emily watches the boy scream and hides her eyes from their sight as she cries. "You made me go into Neibolt" he screams.

"I'm sorry Stanley" Emily speaks up. Richie looks the girl who has tears rolling down her cheeks and he places his hand on her back, rubbing in circular motions to calm her down. "I'm so sorry that we dragged you into this. I promise we will get out of here soon" She says to Stan who nods his head as Eddie and Mike help him up. She looks to Richie and pulls him into a hug, the kind where they both didn't want to let go.

"Bill!" Eddie screams as the group notices Bill ran off down the sewer. Emily lets go of Richie and grabs his hand as they run after Bill down the sewer.

"Bill where the fuck are you!" Emily screams into the sewers as they trail through the dirty water. Eddie leads the group and fall into the water.

"Eds get out of there, it's grey water" Richie says as his best friend splashing through the water.

"I've lost my fucking flashlight" Eddie screams. Suddenly multiple heads appear from under the water as the group scream and run towards where Bill went.

The group push each other out into an open area of the sewers. They look around and point their flashlights everywhere. Emily looks up and see a floating figure.

"Bev" she whispers moving closer to the floating girl. The boys look at Emily and then noticed the red headed girl floating.

"How is she floating?" Richie asks. He knew nobody had an answer but the question slipped out.
