Picture is Kayor

Regardless of what I wanted, as soon as he hit me I blacked out. When I woke back up I was still in the room. My kidnapper was no where to be seen. I looked around the room and the more I saw, the more I thought this had to be his room. Everything had some sort of spider design or representation on it, but there was one thing out of place. A skull, not a real one, it was a silver skull. It was completely covered with diamonds. All the diamonds were white except for the eyes and the nose, which were black, and the mouth with teeth, which were red.

It was beautiful. I was about to touch it when my hand was stopped. The spider guy had grabbed my hand, “My cousin gave me that skull. But now he hates me. The day he told me how much he hated how I lived, what I did to people. He said how much he hated me for it. That day I did the same thing to him I did to you. I burned him. I listened to him cry and beg. I didn’t put a spider on him. I put his favorite symbol on him, a skull. I burn a skull on his back and laughed when he cried. He was a fool for saying what he did. So I punished him for it. You were a fool for fighting against me and you got punished too. Although, I didn’t cut his hair, it did burn a bit. Only the ends had time to burn before I put it out. I kept that skull though because no matter what I did to him, I could never hate him but he can hate me. For what I did to people, to you, to him. I don’t deserve his love. I never will. It’s funny though, you remind me of him. Very dark and stubborn, but your quieter then he is and younger too. He’s fore years older than you and two years younger than me. If you do the math right you would know how old I am and he is. But for now, you have to go back to the dungeon, I have friends coming over soon.”

Right after he said that he grabbed my arm and dragged me back to the dungeon. You take me to the wall in left me with the spiders again. I couldn’t get what he told me all of that. It somehow makes me feel sorry for him. I did the math in my head; his cousin is twenty-two and he is twenty-four. He is a lot younger then I thought he would be.

I herd laughing and talking, so I’m guessing his friends are here. From the voices, I can tell there is at least two other people that are both male. I don’t think there are any girls. I wonder if his friend know what he does and agree with it or even worse do the same thing. I didn’t get to sleep much with them talking, in fact, I didn’t sleep at all. I didn’t see the guy for the rest of the week. Or the next one. About a month had gone by and I still haven’t seen him. My food and drink is brought to me by the spiders.

The door suddenly slammed open, making me jump. Well, apparently he is back to get me again. He brought me back into the first room I had been in. he pushed me down on the bed and immediately hit me. He continued to do so until I passed out. I think he is in a bad mood because I don’t know what I did.

I woke up about two hours later, in the same room. The guy wasn’t with me though. About five minutes later I herd a crash from outside the door. Then it went completely quiet. A few seconds passed and the door opened. I expected to see my kidnapper but instead I saw Kayor. I knew it was him in an instant. His unmistakable albino colored hair gave him away. He is only nineteen but he acts so much older. I miss his childish side. He freed me and helped me to my feet. He looked so annoyed, I hope he isn’t mad at me. When he started to walk away I grabbed his wrist causing him to look at me. I took a chance and asked, “Are you mad at me?”

He stared at me for a few seconds, with a blank expression, but didn’t answer me. Instead he dragged me out of the building and to a safe place out of town. Kayor looked at me with the same miserable expression as always, then answered my question, “No, I’m not mad at you. I would never get mad at you for something you couldn’t stop or wasn’t your fault.”

I looked at Kayor in the eyes, “Where is the guy who kidnapped me?”

Kayor turned his head away from me a bit, looking ashamed, “He got away. I didn’t care at that moment if he got away, all I cared about was to know if you were okay. I can always find him again. Seeing how he is my target, I’m going to have to. His name is Spider, his age is twenty-fore, and he is only half human, the other half of him is a spider. Any other questions?”

I shock my head no and started rubbing my wrist. It itched and hurt a little bit. Kayor quickly grabbed my wrist and looked at it. Then he looked at me, “Spider’s bite. He bit you at some point. Do you know what that means? If you don’t, it means you are going to be like him in a few months. You are going to be half spider like him.”

“What! Are you serious?! I can’t be like him! He is crazy! Now that I think about it, I don’t care. Just because I will be half spider won’t make me crazy. I might actually like it, after all, I love spiders.” At that moment I felt Spider’s gaze on me. I don’t think Kayor felt it.

My thoughts of Spider were broken by Kayor. He was laughing, Kayor was laughing, “Only you Maxor, only you could be happy about being a spider. Only you.” Okay, sure, he was laughing at me, but at least he was laughing, finally. Kayor hugged me quickly before running forward. He looked back at me with a playful smile before continuing to run. I immediately started chasing him because the look he gave me was a challenge for a race back to Crow’s house.

As soon as we got back to Crow’s house Crow hugged me so hard that I couldn’t breath. Raven and Vulture hugged me too. Crow quickly grabbed Kayor and kissed him. Kayor, in turn, pulled away and slapped him across the face. As always I laugh at him even though I feel sorry for him. The good thing is, Kayor’s back.
