The mistake

Inside the darkroom where have lays in staring at the ceiling shirtless, all of the sudden wave of suspense-filled in the air not sure where it was coming from but he felt like someone was in trouble.
He sat up suddenly break into a sweat feeling like he was oven baking inside his room holding the side of his head breathing heavy as the drops of sweat drips down his chiseled abs looking out the window with his now purple eyes "W-What the hell...Is it happening to me?!" He asked himself trying to get up but falls onto his knees unable to see straight groaning crawling on his knees trying to get his pills from his jacket that was on a chair nearby his closet. He continues to crawl feeling his heart nearly pounding out of his chest
"Wh-What is this weird painful feeling?!" He grunts finally making it to the chair slowly sitting up gripping his jacket tugging on it unable to bare the pain.

However, something came to his mind that in the past the doctor that was doing experiments on him told him whenever his significant other is in trouble he would feel it in such a harsh way like he is now but the question is who is the other half?
That question roamed his mind while he took his medicine which calmed down everything especially his heart rate making it go back to normal.

Jace lay his head back against the chair now at ease relaxing until The image of Tori roams his mind making him wipe the sweat from his head wondering how she reacted when he found out that he has powers getting so many thoughts thinking what he thought she would call him or how would she treat him.

"What a freak,"
"Stay away from him!"
"He's going to kill someone!"
These were the words and comments that he heard from so many people in his life which made him look more like a monster or a villain.

"You are perfect remember that my boy," the doctor says looking at young and scared Jace stares at the mirror covered in bandages with tears running down one eye.
Such a terrifying flashback like that made his body shake a bit clenched his fists remembering those words, however, insanity also ran through his veins showing another flashback of him covered in blood laughing with bright purple violet eyes holding a bloody needle in his hand killing one of the doctor's partners that were going to quit and expose the doctors plans of making a superhuman hybrid but it was too late for his partner.

All of these images run through his head making him go insane again going stone-cold blood lust mode once again some more.

Sweat drips down his head quickly going in the pockets of his jacket taking out a small bottle with a bunch of green gel-like pills inside as there wasn't a label on it at all, opening the bottle taking out a handful of the pill shoving it in his mouth gulping them down his throat.

The thought of Tori still runs through his mind for some reason he just doesn't know why but he felt like he should give her explanation about what happened, however, he wasn't sure if he should or shouldn't.
