Predecease

Predecease, a word meaning to die earlier than or before one is meant to, that is what happened on November 12, 1964, when former nun Sister MacGuines went to the Salem Hospital in there "new" Abortion Wing. She had made a sinful mistake and needed to fix it before any of the other nuns discovered her mistake. 

At first, she wanted to keep him and name the child Delli, named after her grandfather Delphron, but when she realized the humiliation this would give her she hurried to the hospital ASAP. The moment the baby was dead the lights went out. Dr. Heinze, the abortionist in charge of MacGines's abortion, instructed one of the two nurses to check the fuse, but when she opened the door it slammed itself shut.

from the body of the lifeless baby, a sound was heard... crying. The dead body began to move and then it stood up, looking at Dr. Heinze. He pointed his infant arm forward and blood started oozing out of the walls, then the blood took the form of babies, and the babies began to grab the doctor and his to nurses, dragging them down into the blood-pool on the ground. they screamed for help but sister MacGuines could only watch in horror. After the babies pulled the doctor and his nurses in, she shouted "Delli, please! I'm your mother!", but the dead child opened his mouth and a demonic voice came from it saying "Then sing me your lullaby mother...".

As the blood babies grabbed the poor nun, she began to sing a tune as calmly as she could...

"Hushaby baby, Lay down and rest. In the Lord's name, child, you have been blessed. Just close your eyes and make all wrongs right. Hushaby baby, return to the blight."

She finished the lullaby and the blood babies returned to liquid and her dead child disappeared, shutting down the wing... until November 12, 2019. The Abortion Wing doors were opened once again. All the rooms in the ing were used except for room F66, the room Delli was aborted in.

Lewis Cook, a new nurse at the hospital, opened the door that dreadful night and instantly ran the other way. Blood poured out of the room like a flood gate. The hall was littered with puddles of blood and from them, the blood babies began to form. The entered various rooms and began to pull unsuspecting victims into the blood, and they sank like it was a bottomless pit.

As all this was going on, an elderly lady with a "Save the Babies" sign came in and shouted "Delli, where are you! Mommy's here!". She sang the lullaby and then proceeded to burn down the building. All Lewis could do was stare at the madness around him, unaware that Delli had prepared a special role for him...
