Sofía's POV

I wake up and sit up but something pulls me to lay back down.

it's Zach's arms around my waist, pulling me down. Harshly.

"Where do you think your going, huh?" He asked

"To make dinner." I said, coldly

I've had enough of his bullshit.

"Oh. Go ahead then." He said, not even making eye contact with me.

I scoffed.

I get out of bed and change into a new set of fresh clean clothes.

I go downstairs and I immediately get hit with the smell of kimchi fried rice.

I go to the kitchen to see Yasmin, her friends, and Jungkook making food.

I take a 30 second video of them laughing and smiling.

Then they turn around and see me smiling at them.

"Hi." They said in sync

"I see your making dinner." I said

"Can Zach not come down to eat?" Yasmin asked

"HEY IM LEAVING TO MEET THE GUYS!" We heard Zach yell from the front door. Then we know he left because we heard the front door slam.

"Nevermind." Yasmin mumbled

Then Aurelia and Angela start set up the table in the dining room that we never use.

But I guess today we're using the table for tonight's dinner.

Yasmin's POV

"Yasmin, when's our next volleyball game?" Aurelia asked

"I think next week." I said

"Ok. Imighthaveinvitedjohnandpleasedontbemadatme." Angela said really fast so I won't be able to understand what she said

Aurelia giggles.

"YOU INVITED WHO I THINK YOU DIDN'T INVITE!" I said

Then she starts running as I chase her til I catch her by her shirt.

"ok ok I invited John your crush. Please don't be mad. You need at least have a conversation with him." Angela said

Then she starts pinching my cheeks and starts talking in a baby voice.

"You like him. You like him. You really really like him." She said in a baby voice while pinching my chubby cheeks

My dad just laughs and finds it adorable.

Jungkook's POV

I see bruises on Sofía's arm and legs. I pull her somewhere private and ask her.

"Why did I just see bruises on your body?" I asked

"Oh. Zach did that.." she said sounding honest

"Thats it. Im getting you out of this house and your divorcing him. Im not letting this happen again." I said

"ok" she said in a low voice

Then I go for it.
I kiss her.

Sofías POV

Jungkook kisses me and I kiss him back.

I missed the feeling of his lips on mine. They still feel like soft flower petals. I kiss him like I haven't kissed someone in decades.
