𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐧𝐞 !

THE DISTANT SOUND OF THE RAIN pattering against the windows was almost settling her nerves.
although, it did seem to set the mood for the horror book y/n was reading. y/n had always been a fan of horror books and movies, taking a liking to the intense feeling of nerves and tension they gave off.

as y/n read quietly, her mind also focused on the loud sound of 'free at last' by pup blasting through the headphones that lay clumsily over her ears, not bothering to interact with anyone else in the waiting room.
her foot tapped nervously against the polished tiles of the institute as she waited for her name to be called. her heart rate increasing rapidly with every echo of footsteps bouncing off of the identical white bricked walls.

a small shuffle next to her caught her attention, peering over, only to be met with a boy with black curly hair who was peering over her shoulder silently, observing her. when their eyes met in an awkward contact was when he spoke,

"sorry to bother you.."
