Travis POV
I wake up sal and i tell him its monday. "Travis its okay ill protect you besides i have a plan" We get ready and we re e on our way. As were getting to the school, i feel my heart start to hurt and race. Once were in i follow sal and we find Larry. "Hey Larry!" "Hey sal" "Larry i got a favor. About yesterday. Can you protect me and travis?"  "....DUH" Sal turns to me and says that the plan is successful. My only period with Sal is math so i bullshit through all of my periods untill lunch. Todays meal was slippy joes. Im not really into it so i just go sit with the gang. Ashley, Todd, Chugg, and Maple give me a death glare. "What is HE doing here" Ashley said with disgust. "Erm i uh erm i um. Im sort of maybe kind of d-dating...him.." Todd busts out laughing. "I knew it! Ehem. Ash? Wheres my money?" Ashley wips out 20 dollars and hand it to Todd. Welp guess im part of the crew.
Over the intercom the gang hears the following
"Attention all students. We are now on lockdown. Please lock all doors and hide. This is not a drill i repeat this is not a drill"
Sal POV
I look at the gang and scream "get down!"
All of us go under our table. The room is dead silent. After 2 minutes i hear a bang in the door. Then it opens. My heart drops. I look a travis and hold his hand. One of my pigtails were jn plain sight and i feel a tug. "Ow!" Aw shit. I hear a scream "GET UP AND OUT NOW " I get up and its the infamous David Phelps. "So. Your the one my walking sin has been talking about. YOU WILL PAY FOR WHAT YOU HAVE DONE. YOU FAGGOT"
Travis POV
I get up and sneak behind my Dad. I hop on his back and start to beat him up. He turns around and fights back. Its like im at home again. I go limp and take all of the hits. "Not again! Please!" Then someone punches my dad in the temple. I look up and see Larry. Then the whole cafeteria started to jump my dad. Me and the gang get out of the school and we make it home. Home isnt where i was beat everyday and didnt have freedom of speech. Home is where you feel safe and sound. Addison appartments is my home.
We go to larrys place because you need a key card to get in. Inside we fix up any kind damage done. "Hey larry?" "Ya sal?" "Can spend the night here" "sure" Tonight we were gonna play truth or dare. Oh boy
