Chapter 1

My name is Dylan Allen son of Barry Allen, i don't know who my mother is. I came home from graduating school only to find out that there is a box in living room from Joe. Oh yeah, Joe West is my foster Grandfather who took my Dad in when he was little. There was a note on the box saying " Barry asked me to give you this when you turned 18. Love you kiddo." I smiled at the note, i opened the box and i saw a dark red suit. "Why would Dad give me a dark red suit" i said to myself confused. i unfolded it and then i saw the flash symbol, then i pieced it all together. All those time Dad had to go and him disappearing the same time the flash did. I can't believe it my father is the flash. I head down to Star labs and went to see Uncle Cisco he was having trouble hacking ARGUS security for something John asked him. I sneaked up behind him and hacked it for him.
Cisco: "I know who that is Dylan"
He got up and gave me a hug.
Cisco:"How have you been Dyl"
"I've been good, hey um why did Dad give me his old suit i don't have super speed?"
Cisco took a deep breath
Cisco: "you may want to sit for this" he said.
I grabbed a chair and sat in it
Cisco: "You do have super speed Dylan and please don't get mad he asked us to put a speed dampener chip in your shoulder."
I looked at the floor for 2 minutes and sighed
"I understand why"

Cisco: "you do?"

"yeah i would've used it for my own personal reasons and at school"

Cisco chuckled "yeah he knew you would probably do that defending other kids and your friends"

"so where is Dad"

Cisco: "In the speed force"

I nodded and was about to say something till my phone went off it was my best friend Dalton Smith and Carol Zor-El
Me: "I got to go i will see you later Cisco"
Cisco: "alright see you"

~time skip to jitters~

I see Carol and Dalton waiting for me at a table

Dalton: "hey man how are you" and gives me a bro hug

"I'm good how are you two" as i give Carol a hug

Carol: "my day has been going Ok, other than a couple of guys trying to hit on me" she says while looking down

I immediately get concerned

"who were they? What did they look like? When did th-"

Carol then interrupts me by grabbing my hand
"Its Ok, Dalton was there a minute after they started once they saw him they all took off."
Carol then realizes what she was doing and shot her hand back and looked away i swear she was blushing. Come to think of it my face felt red too. Dalton was trying so hard not to laugh i shot a look at him saying thank you though. I will admit i have feelings for Carol and want to ask her out but i can't get the courage to do it though.

I opened my mouth to say something when a man in yellow with a black symbol and red lightning bolt like my Dad's but it was reversed then i realized who it was the Reverse Flash, all of a sudden jitters exploded once i regained conscious i felt a pain in my shoulder and then it was gone, i looked up and saw Dalton trying to get Carol out from underneath the rubble and i see the Reverse Flash walking towards them ready to kill them.

I had to stop him from killing Dalton and especially Carol i wouldn't be able to live if she died

My heart starts racing, i feel electricity flowing through me, i felt lightning behind my eyes and he stops and looks at me and i charged at him attacking bringing him to the ground, i started punching him repeatedly and i wasn't going to stop till i heard Carol's voice calling my name i stopped and looked at her. She wasn't hurt bad she only had a cut on her face and on her leg i was almost in tears and so was she.

That's when Reverse Flash said this isn't over and ran i was about to run after him but Carol run up to me and hugged me from behind and i stopped

Carol: "please stop let's just go to star labs and get some tests done" she said almost breaking down completely.
I hated when she cries so i listened to her and brought both of them to star labs.
"Ok"
