Prologue and things to know.

Please be nice this is my first fanfic here, and I don't now how to do a lot of things here. Please comment all criticism is appreciated. Pleese comment, oh and the rating isn't right need to find a way to change that.

More Prolouge

There is a couple of things you should know about this world. One, you can drive freely at the age 14, as long as you can pass a mental capacity test saying you're smart and mature enough to drive, along with the usual driving tests.

Two, magic is uncommon but not a thing of myth in this world, about one in every million people are wizards, so thats about 7,670 people.

Three, in this world magic is part of history, and recognised as fact, not fiction and even a require to be studied in all schools.

Four, normal animals(domesticated or wild) are docile when raised by humans, and magical creatures are real, but uncommon to be seen by humans and are know as mythical beasts, everything from dragon to unicorns to trolls to celestial beings are real.

Five, if people or animals prove they are worthy to a mythical beast they are granted power, powers vary depending on the mythical beast and its personality.

It is said that through this ability to grant power, known as the magic effect or just T.M.E. that all mythical beasts and wizards were born, from a single original mythical beast. This beast is known as Kami, meaning god, to all mythical beast and wizards. In a case where a human is granted mythical powers though T.M.E. they become wizards. Wizards are not considered human, as humans are people with no Chakra or Mystic ability, the scientific term for wizard in this world is Warlock as they were originally seen as people the sought to bring destruction and conquest to the world.
