Early the next morning, Jumin woke up and changed into his normal work clothes, black pants, and a pinstriped-collared shirt underneath a vest. He looked at all the ties that he had in his closet and groaned inwardly.
"I wish someone else would pick out my ties, it's so tiresome," he said more to himself than anyone else, even though Elizabeth 3rd was sitting on the floor, staring up at him with her large blue eyes, tail swishing. Jumin finally settled on a black and grey tie that sort of resembled tartan. He flipped up the collar of his shirt and tied it securely around his neck while Elizabeth started cleaning her fur.
The doorbell of the penthouse rang and Jumin frowned. Who was ringing the bell so early in the morning? He walked over towards the door and answered it. The Chief of Security was at the door.
"Sorry to bother you, sir. There's a woman here named Sarah to see you."
"Sarah?" At that moment, a woman with long hair stepped into the penthouse. She greeted Jumin with a feigned sultry voice that grated on Jumin's nerves and ears.
"Oh, Jumin. It's so nice to finally meet you. My name is Sarah."
"You must be my maid," Jumin finally realized.
Sarah looked appalled that he would even say that to her considering she was wearing a Pradump designer dress with matching high heels and purse. Her long claw-like nails were even done at a high-end spa. The dress looked rather uncomfortable for Jumin's tastes. It was too tight, revealing every curve of her body, the V-neck of the dress plunged too deeply revealing cleavage, and the hem of the dress was too short, stopping mid-thigh. She was wearing light brown leggings under the dress, but they too were so tight that they were almost diaphanous in their appearance.
"That's no way to talk to your fiancée," she tried to keep herself calm as she folded her arms across her chest, her dyed red hair cascading over her shoulders.
"Fiancée?" Jumin asked, perplexed. This woman was clearly out of her mind.
"I guess your father didn't tell you yet, but he wants us to get engaged. You're definitely my type. Tall and strong body," she said as she moved forward, her hand running up his strong chest. Jumin immediately recoiled.
"I don't like being touched," he said coldly.
"Oh, I understand. We just met. We can take things slowly," the woman assured him with a sultry smile. She swayed her hips as she moved closer to him. Jumin frowned.
"Can you tell me which security guard let you in?"
"What?"
Jumin sighed, annoyed that he had to repeat himself.
"The security guard, can you point him out to me?"
"Why's that important? I just mentioned that Mr. Chairman sent me. Anyway, she had such good things to say about you."
"She?" Jumin asked, more confused.
"Glam Choi. Your father wants us to get married."
"I never heard anything about this. Either way, I already have a life companion. Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm late for work." Jumin strode past the shocked woman and went out into the hallway. He spoke to one of the security guards and had them escort the strange woman out of his house.
The entire way to the office, Jumin was thinking about everything the strange woman had told him. So Glam Choi had been talking about him to her and now his father wants him engaged to this woman, a woman that he had never met before? Something wasn't right here. Why would his father suddenly want him to marry this woman? Who exactly was Sarah?
