Chapter 27

The next morning, no one expected anything to happen
It was pretty normal at first
"Good morning" Sam told Bucky as he woke up
"Morning" Bucky yawned and stretched a little
"So did your mom tell you anything after she caught us" Sam asked
"She told me everything Rachel told her, that she's doing this to protect her family and because she's still resentful about everything my moms did in high school" Bucky explained
"I mean I feel like there's another reason" Sam told him
"Me too" Bucky sighed
"Something else is bothering you" Sam noticed
"I mean I know that I have some of my moms traits but I realize that I'm kind of different like I was never you know popular like they were in high school, I never felt like I was better in fact I'm pretty reserved and quiet, and to be honest I was always that kid that was a hopless romantic and oblivious to everything plus the one everyone made fun and I was called dumb you know" Bucky told hin
"I mean you're clueless at times but that's not bad" Sam said
"Its just for most of my life I feel like I was living in perfect world and that we were actually happy and now with all this it kind of destroys that and I feel scared and worried" Bucky said
"Come here" Sam hugged him and kissed his head
"You are honestly the one that helped me with all of this, you're my sunshine" Bucky cuddled closer
"And you are mine, you know I was actually so unclear about what I'm going to with my life and now I know that I want to spend it with you" Sam smiled at him
"Really even with all this going on" Bucky looked at him
"Yes, as long as we're together" Sam assured him
"I love you" Bucky smiled feeling much better
"I love you too" Sam looked at him with nothing but love in his eyes
After a quiet moment, Bucky asked
"You want breakfast"
"I thought you never ask" Sam got out of the bed
They were about to go downstairs before a voice said
"Miss me"
"Oh no" Sam said
"I thought I would never get you two alone" Rachel smirked
"What why" Bucky asked
"To actually repeat that moment when you were 10 years old" Rachel told him
And that's when Bucky knew he was in trouble
