Heresy

We find James, Ash and Fledgeus heading towards the city of Dis.

James: There it is. The city of Dis.

Ash was horrified by what he saw. All of the damned who live in the city were gathered around in the plaza, where Lucifer was about to make a speech.

Luficer: Damned of Hell, Rejoice! For your lord Lucifer is about to betroth the pure soul Serena. This will truly be a marriage of Heaven and Hell.

Ash: Hurry Fledgeus, RUN!!!!!!

Fledgeus jumped down to the entrance walkway and ran as fast as he could.

Serena: Ash?!?!!?!?

Ash: Serena!!!!!!

Lucifer blasts a beam of energy towards Fledgeus and hits him square in the face! The beast falls and Ash thankfully got to solid ground. Luficer and Serena kiss, Serena turning more demonic by the second.

Ash: Serena, No!!!!

Serena: When you had your way with that girl, you gave me to Lucifer!

The pair disappear.

Ash: Serena!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

James: He has taken her into the tombs! Quickly, Ash!

The pair go inside the city, where fiery tombs light it up in every corner.

Ash: Why does he keep doing this?!?!?! Taking Serena, Keeping us running?!?!?!

James: Perhaps Lucifer wants your soul as well as Serena's. He's luring us into the ninth Circle.

Ash: What is this? Is this the city of Dis you spoke of?

James: Yes, these are the tombs of Heresy. Here you will find endless heretics and members of every cult, burning in eternal fire. They will remain entombed until after the great judgement.

Ash: And when will that be?

James: I do not know.

Ash: Has anyone been saved here?

James: Yes. Not long after I died, I saw a mighty one come and gather a number of shades to be released. Our first parent, His son Abel, Abraham, Noah, and many others. Hell trembled on all sides, and I thought the universe felt... love.

Ash: So, what sins do I still have to face?

James: When you come face to face with Serena, you will know your life's journey.

???: Unfortunately, you won't get to see it happen. For I am Ferinata, the guardian of the 6th circle.

Ash: Ferinata, another hated man in life! What do you want, spirit?

Ferinata: Know this, Ash. The damned can see the future but can never know the present. Your future, Ash is filled with death and destruction. Serena will marry Lucifer and reign in hell, and you shall be damned in here with us, forever!!! HA, HA HA HA HA HA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ash takes out his cross and stabs Ferinata in the eye, causing him to go up in flames and disappear.

Ash:*sheaths his cross* I never liked him.

Suddenly an earthquake occurs.

Ash: What's going on??!!?!?

James: The harrowing of hell! Christ's death forever quakes this circle! Quickly, now.

James and Ash run all throughout the city of Dis, fighting countless monsters along the way. Ash uses his cross to destroy a large group of them with holy energy. After this, they exited the city and found themselves before the gate.

Ash: Virgin, do you hear?

Suddenly a large humanoid bull appears from the earth. It's eyes are filled with rage, and its razor sharp teeth are like that of a Tyrannosaurus Rex. On its right hand it holds a massive battle-axe.

Ash: What is this monstrosity? What does he want with us?

James: The Minotaur guards passage to the seventh circle of hell. Be cautious, Ash.

James then steps forward to confront the Minotaur.

James: How dare you threaten us! You think he is the prince of Athens, who caused your death above?!?!?!?! Off with you!!! Begone, Abomination!

The Minotaur starts to growl with rage. 

Ash: Virgil, I think you riled him up!

James: Now, while he is blind with rage. Ready.. Steady.. Now MOVE!!!!!!

James and Ash dodged out of the way as the Minotaur charged and swung his axe. The brute ended up crashing into a pillar, toppling it and killing him upon impact.

Ash: You are filled with surprises, Master. You definitely made a great warrior in life.

James: It was nothing. He was simply all horn, no brains.

Only three more circles to go. Serena is turning more demonic by the minute. Can Ash save her in time. Will Serena truly reign in hell and Ash be doomed to suffer in hell for all eternity? Only time will tell.
