After the maid showed Danny to the restroom, he quickly tried to Go Ghost, and for the first time in the last twelve hours, he finally managed to, although he was still weak.

Leaving the door locked he turned intangible and quickly flew back to the kitchen to retrieve his bag...

Where's that lab again?

Vlad walked into the closest room with a landline and answered it in his normal formal greeting.

"Hello, Vladimir Masters speaking, how may I help you?"

"Vlad, hello its Maddeline Fenton, sorry for calling you all of a sudden..."

Well, this was unexpected, the Fenton's never phoned him, not even when that blasted Jack Fenton sent him to the hospital, in college, resulting in his now ghostly powers...

But not only that but the love of his life on the phone! Calling him!

"Ahh, yes! How may I be of service my dear?"

"I'm sorry Vlad, but have you seen Danny, by any chance?"

'Now, this was odd, had his parents not sent him to fix their portal?'

"You see, we... Grounded him last night after we found-... A family issue occurred..."

"Hmm..."

"Thing is when Jack and I woke up this morning to check on him, he wasn't there. We already checked with Jazz and his friends but no one's seen him. And we're being to worry..."

This was very strange, why would Daniel lie about such a thing? Not only that but if his parents portal was functional, then why did he need his?...!

"I'm sorry Maddeline, but I have not seen young Daniel, but I will be sure to call if he should to show up here, now I must be back to my paperwork. Speak soon."

"Oh, of course, don't let me keep-"

He hung up before she could finish her sentence, then quickly made his way back to the kitchen, only to find both Daniel and his things missing.

He quickly shifted and intangibly flew through his mansion and into his lab, only to find Danny jumping into his portal!

'Blast It!'

Danny soared threw the Ghost portal, finally feeling the familiar weightlessness of it all. Though he couldn't stop and sightsee now, Vlad was right on his tail! And being in an unfamiliar part of the Ghost Zone was his disadvantage and Vlad's advantage...

Danny just had to find a familiar, 'friendly!', face before either Vlad caught him. Or his powers ran...

Juice...

"Fuck..."

Was all Danny could say as the glowing silver rings formed around his waist and transformed him back to his human half, sending him spinning in the gravityless green empty space...

Damn was he getting sick!

But suddenly he felt someone grab his ankle, ceasing his spin. He looked down hoping to see anyone, like Clockwork, Frostbite, Wulf! Hell, he'd even take his hell hound of a puppy dog Cujo at this point!... Instead, he got the exact opposite and the one person he hoped he would have gotten away from...
