Ch. -Steven's Party P.1-

Later that night...

Jamie picked at his nails nervously as he showed up to the party, the giant dance floor, drink stands, tables and people just made him worry more, And the music was loud and captive. Jamie took a seat at one of the tables, away from the dance floor and loud music. In the distance he saw Steven, who was happily talking to his gem friends and Connie. A small glance was shot above the two and Steven rushed over to Jamie with all the speed he could use out of his small legs.
"Jamie you made it!" Steven panted. Jamie nodded, his attention was set at the dance floor where all the people were. Steven frowned, obviously knowing that Jamie wasn't paying attention.
"Jamie.... jamiiiieeeee, jammmmmmie!" Steven whined yanking on Jamie's turtle neck to get his attention back. When the young actor snapped back into reality he pulled Stevens hands away from his red turtle neck.
"Sorry" Jamie sighed, "I'm just...worr- no, I'm just thinking about something"
Steven cocked his head feeling even more worry for Jamie until it was quite....
the awaiting silence was broken when a familiar yellow car pulled into the beach side.
Kevin...
Steven growled underneath his breath, while Jamie stared with awe at the car. Kevin stepped out, he flipped his hair back and rested his hand on his hip. The crowd shifted their attention as Kevin made his way to the dance floor. With cheers and afew boos Kevin spotted Jamie in the corner of his eye. A lot of young teenage girls sighed when Kevin left the dance floor, hoping maybe to have a dance with him.

Steven watched Kevin walk towards them, getting ready for anything kevin was going to throw at him. Instead of approaching Steven, his attention was set on the gorgeous young man he had met earlier by his car.

"Hey baby~ mind joining me on the dance floor, those hips of yours will sure sway to the beat"
Steven couldn't believe what he was hearing! Kevin, KEVIN! Out of all the unfortunate people at this party he had to go with Jamie! The most innocent and nicest person Steven knows other than Connie.

Jamie fell into a haze of confusion, Embarrassment and most importantly... very very heavy blush. With afew stumbled noises, Kevin nodded like he understood everything Jamie was saying, which sounded gibberish, or somewhat. Steven pushed Kevin back from Jamie with a slow growl. Kevin, with his sly grin, tilted his head and bent down to be eye level with Steven.
"Leave Jamie alone! He doesn't need a jerk like you ruining his night!" Steven barked. Kevin sat up and ignored the child harassing him. Yet again, Kevin held out a hand for an offering to take Jamie to the dance floor. Jamie shyly excepted his offering and was yanked along. Jamie's horrible thoughts began flooding back Into his mind, but kept a nervous smile to keep his profile low and not draw anymore attention to himself.

When they made it to the centre of the dance floor, Kevin started to dance. Jamie just stared in amazement but every grin and side glance made his heart feel strange, but it felt somehow right. After minutes of Kevin dancing he suddenly stopped.

"Aren't you gonna dance, you've done nothing" Kevin circled around Jamie, eying him up and down.

"I- I don't... dance often" Jamie held his hands together while rocking back and forth until Kevin held his hands on Jamie's hips. The beat started slow, and Kevin paced the movement of Jamie's hips to match the music. Jamie froze, the feeling someone else's body against his, was a whole new feeling.
