Chapter 15 *~* Movies *~*

Denise P.O.V

I could not believe her. I wanted her to be happy but not with him. I just could not believe her. He's supposed to be mine: My baby father, my boyfriend, my love. And the fact that I had to find out this way. 

Later on in the day, I received a text from her. 

5:30 pm

Xiomara: Sorry that you had to find out that way. I wanted to tell you on my own timing. Of course, once I had figured everything out. 

It don't matter. You don't have to explain yourself to me. 

I know I don't but I just wanted to set things straight. 

Alright, well what's up?

Well, I was wondering if you wanted to do something tonight or tomorrow evening. Like a girl's day? It would only be us. NO BOYS. . .NO MEN. . .NO KEVIN!!!

Sure, I would love something like that.

Xiomara P.O.V 

I was genuinely surprised when she said she would love to. But we agreed that we would go to the spa tomorrow. As of today, me and Kevin decided to watch movies in his home theatre. We had so much to talk about. We had to talk about topics from our partnership to this baby growing inside me. 

Because I am a baby at heart, we decided that we were watching all the Disney princess movies in order as they came out. It's funny comparing the quality of the first one to the last one. 

I decided to just cut to the chase. 

"SOOOOO, let's start by talking about our business," I said. I did not know how this convo would continue though. " We need to figure out who plays what roles and position in this partnership."

"I could do everything for real for real. You need to relax and just make sure my baby straight."

I was in shock. 

"Who said I was keeping the baby?" I questioned him with much sass. "What if I don't want to keep the baby?"

"I was just hoping that you would keep the baby." He looked at me with puppy dogs eyes.  His face was so genuine, yet I still rolled my eyes at him. 

"Well, I am keeping the baby. But I don't expect you to do everything and pay for everything. I don't know how my daddy goin' and feel being pregnant and just getting the business." Being put in this situation really had me thinking a lot. I wanted to be a good mother. But the business was so important to me and my family. It was what brought the money in. 

"I gotchu. Ok, how about I deal with everything within the trap house and you deal with the business aspect?"

"Ok, I could deal with that." I was happy that we were seeing eye to eye. We finished off the Disney movies. By the end, he was knocked out on my lap while I was playing in his hair. I decided that I wanted to take a hot bath. With the bath bombs and all. I slowly walked away from the theatre room, making my way to the kitchen to get some snacks. I placed all the snacks on Kevin's dresser and started the water. After making sure that the water is warm and extra soapy, I slowly slipped into the tub.
