Chapter 10: Just Getting Married

The next month has finally came as Abby felt so happy with Max and she's now two months pregnant. Max said, "Baby bug, you haven't been so weird since last month." Abby said, "You're just too hyper." Max said, "That's why I wanted you and the kids." Abby said, "You dorky butt." Max said, "I can't believe that we are getting married that we've been waiting for." Abby said, "I know and this is what we wanted together." Max said, "I think we were texting to each other all the time when I was at home for working on the wedding plans with my parents." Abby said, "I know and Max kept looking at the text because he gets happy when you text me." Max chuckles and said, "That's our boy and I guess he wanted to be happy for wanting you to text me or I'll text you." Abby said, "I know right and at least that I send a picture of me and Max." Max said, "I know and I saved the picture on my home screen to look at you guys everyday." Abby said, "I guess you guys are perfect for my life and I don't need Alex anymore." Max said, "I told you that you wouldn't and he's not nice for the guy like him." Abby said, "That's why I don't date guys that are psycho." Max said, "You are that kind of girl for me to go on a date with and to be my wife pretty soon." Abby said, "I just hope that this will work out between us and you're the only one that I can date." Max said, "That's true and Max Jr is my son not nobody else. We're going to be best parents ever." Abby said, "I feel like we can survive for the rest of the seven months." Max said, "I know and it's going to be great to see our new baby to be here." Abby said, "I just can't believe how we are ready to be parents." Max said, "Our dream is our dream and we planned this out together. All I wanted is to look back at the first baby we had is Max and he was the first one we ever had." Abby said, "We did a pretty great job to have Max Jr." Max said, "We sure did, Abby bug and now he's getting ready to turn three this year." Abby said, "It makes my heart hurt that he's going to turn three this year." Max said, "Mine too and I wish he was our little baby boy again." Abby said, "Me too but we have to let him go and he's still our baby from day one." Max said, "Yeah that's true and we're great parents no matter what." Abby said, "I was thinking about having a baby sister for Max Jr to play with when she gets a little older." Max said, "Yeah and I pictured Max Jr playing with his baby sister." Abby said, "Me too and she'll be a year old when she will get attached to her big brother." Max said, "I know and we'll be a perfect family that we always dreamed of." Abby said, "It will be great to start a life by getting married that we are wishing for." Max said, "I always promise you that we're keeping our family safe from Alex and I don't think Alex would want a family with you." Abby said, "I know and there was this one show that we did back in the seventh grade for making our own talk show by knowing  what we haven't seen the picture right." Max asked, "What do you mean?" Abby said, "Someone pointed the picture from the school newspaper that there was Alex in the background from the very back." Max asked, "Who told you that?" Abby said, "Carmen." Max asked, "How can that be Alex?" Abby said, "He was somehow standing from the back and that's how Carmen knew." Max asked, "Where did he come from?" Abby said, "That's another thing that I don't know about and that's still the missing piece that has been unsolved." Max said, "You're right and it's a little bit complicated to ask Alex about this." Abby said, "I could talk to him about this." Max said, "That's a great idea and I think we can have him to discuss something about the background." Alex is behind the door by listening to their conversation and Abby said, "I was thinking if we could and get all of the details that we need." Max said, "We could have everything together." Abby said, "Yeah and we need that unsolved piece for the background check on the school's newspaper." Alex felt like he is trying to figure out on how Max and Abby are finding out the truth about the school's newspaper. He walks away and Max said, "I feel more complicated over Exploring Arts in Miss Beadle's class and it's completely ridiculous." Abby said, "Tell me about it, I got Mr. Reamer in my next semester for Creative Writing." Max asked, "Which class period?" Abby said, "I got him for period three." Max said, "Same here baby." Abby said, "I get too excited that we'll be in the same class together." Max said, "It's crazy though." Abby said, "Yeah and I have Miss Marcus in fourth period for Home EC." Max said, "Same and we both got my dad for next semester for second period." Abby said, "That's three classes together and we must've been lucky to have them." Max said, "I know right and we're still together though." Abby said, "Always honey." The next week has come, Abby is working on her job for making a book on online with her laptop and Alex came over to Abby. Alex said, "Hey Abby." Abby said, "Hey Alex." Alex asked, "What are you doing?" Abby said, "I'm working on a job for making a book in order to make money." Alex said, "That's cool and I was willing to join in Creative Writing to get some credits." Abby said, "I mean it's not really my thing of changing the schedule for you and otherwise, I will get in trouble." Alex said, "Yeah and Mr. Corduroy gave me alternative work if I keep up the good work then I can join back to the baseball team." Abby said, "That's nice." Alex asked, "Are you that kind of person to be a writer?" Abby said, "Oh yes and I do believe you might've seen the writing contest back in the sixth grade." Alex said, "Yeah and it was awesome. I loved your writing so much and I couldn't stand it." Abby asked, "What did you think? Was it bad or good?" Alex said, "Like I said, it was awesome and I couldn't let go of the story. Your story for the writing contest has blown my mind away when I first read it and it was my favorite." Abby said, "Well I'm glad that you enjoy it and I'm planning on doing more writing contest over the next three months." Alex said, "I would love to read your stories again." Abby said, "I feel like everything will be good and probably getting a scholarship for writing stories." Alex asked, "Do you play for keeps?" Abby said, "Oh trust me, you have no idea and you would go crazy if I didn't." Alex said, "Yeah and I would probably get you into writing a lot more to get you some more credits." Abby said, "Yeah and I was thinking that Mr. Reamer would have his mind blown over my stories for his class." Alex said, "All I know is to take a picture of him and post that on Facebook." Abby said, "Yeah but it will probably get passed around and Mr. Reamer is very strict with the policies of Facebook." Alex asked, "What kind of strict things that he mentioned about?" Abby said, "Basically, he means that kissing, marriage, hugging, and kids are fine except that some stuff are not school appropriate." Alex said, "Oh yeah and that's why we don't do anything stupid." Abby said, "Better not." Alex asked, "When are you ever going to publish your story?" Abby said, "I'm not sure but I probably will be taking a break from writing but I'm still coming back." Alex said, "You better let me read your stories and I want to read the stories as my bedtime stories." Abby said, "You dork." Alex chuckles and said, "I always knew that you used to call me dork all the time." Abby said, "Yeah and it's not the same like it's the old us but we're just in our different look." Alex said, "Yeah and I guess it's not that bad at all." Abby said, "I just want to be a writer and publish my books to get money." Alex said, "Yeah and you should. It will make you a lot more smarter to get money and you should go on a trip." Abby said, "I couldn't because of family plan." Alex said, "Well if you want to come with me then we can enjoy the paradise." Abby said, "I can't and I never wanted to go anymore trips like I promise myself." Alex said, "We can go to Hawaii and my mom is saving us money to go and back." Abby said, "I can't, Alex and I just can't go anywhere." Alex asked, "Are you even afraid of airplanes?" Abby said, "Yes and I don't want to go at all." Alex said, "I'm really sorry that I spoke too soon and pressuring you." Abby said, "It's not that and it's just that I want to stay here to be focus on what I wanted to do." Max is standing right at the locker by listening to Abby and Alex's conversation. Alex said, "That's fine." Abby said, "I still can't get enough with the story and I had to say that working on the story is so crazy." Alex said, "You want me to help you to make the story to get even wild." Abby said, "Oh, no thanks and I think the story looks fine to me." Alex said, "Okay and I was thinking if you would like to be my partner for Creative Writing." Abby said, "I'm sorry Alex but someone already ask me to be my partner." Alex said, "No Abby, you can't have that partner and you have to pick me." Max said, "No she doesn't and Abby is my partner." Alex looks at Max and asked, "How long have you been standing there?" Max said, "I can stand here whatever I want if it takes all day and you think that you can have my fiancé to be your partner." Alex asked, "What are you going to do about it?" Max said, "I'm just going to keep telling you that you are psycho and you're not going to be with my fiancé at all." Alex said, "I can have her to be my partner and she's mine." Abby said, "I think we're done and I should probably get a coffee break." Abby saved her story and she closes her laptop. Max said, "I'll take you with me to the student lounge." Alex said, "I will take her and stay out." Abby said, "Alex, that's not nice of you." Alex said, "He started it and you are looking at this great guy like me to be here with you." Abby said, "Yes and I know that." Abby put her laptop in her bag and Max said, "Alex, you need to stop messing with my fiancé and I don't know what the hell you're thinking but you need to stop." Alex said, "You don't understand that I love her." Abby said, "Alex, you don't need anymore love to be with me and I don't know what else to do anymore if you don't let me help you." Alex said, "Okay fine but please, don't make me go back to the crazy hospital." Abby said, "That's not what I'm doing and don't worry." Alex said, "I just can't let go of you and you're my everything that I remembered." Abby said, "You need to get a coffee break." Max asked, "What are we doing?" Abby said, "Babe, I'm calming Alex down." Max said, "Oh right. My bad." Alex said, "You just need to relax and be cool." Max said, "I know." Abby got up and they all walked upstairs to the student lounge. Abby, Alex, and Max have their coffee break. Alex asked, "What do you think the story happens?" Abby said, "I can't tell you yet and it's a surprise." Max said, "Baby bug, I always say that you wear glasses now and you have changed so much." Alex said, "Pretty baby girl and I think I want a wife and kids." Abby said, "I'll find you a perfect one for you and you can have kids that you want." Alex asked, "Do you think that I want another girl that never looks like you?" Abby said, "Alex, I'm just trying to help you." Alex said, "Oh I'm sorry." Max asked, "Are you now became insane?" Alex said, "No and I didn't go insane." Abby said, "I can't do this anymore and no matter what I do isn't good enough for you." Alex said, "You can't leave me and I need you so much." Max asked, "Can you just let Abby help you or not?" Alex said, "Alright fine and she can help me." Abby said, "Great and we can find the right one for you to be with." Alex said, "I don't just want some random girls that doesn't do anything." Abby said, "I feel like we should just narrow down for you and you can pick the right one for you." Max said, "Yeah and I hope we can have a perfect one for you." Abby said, "Just remember to narrow down the ones that you think it's your type and I have to go to my appointment." Alex said, "Okay baby girl." Max said, "I have to go too and we'll see you maybe next week or so." Alex said, "Alright." Abby said, "Bye." Max said, "Bye." Alex said, "Bye you two." Max and Abby walks out of the student lounge as they walk downstairs with Professor Nichols and Seth. Professor Nichols said, "We better get going and we are going to Las Vegas for the wedding." Abby said, "Yeah and my one thing is that we have to keep this as a secret from Alex." Max said, "Yeah and we can't tell him about this." Professor Nichols said, "No we can't." Seth said, "Yeah and Jackson, Justin, and the girls are coming." Abby said, "Great and they are expecting us to be there in Las Vegas." They all walked out of the school and Alex felt complicated about everything. John pulls in to the parking lot and Abby said, "It looks like Dad is here." Max said, "You want me to come with you." Abby said, "You dork." Max chuckles and he follows Abby to the car. Professor Nichols got in to the car and Max and Abby got in to the car. Max shuts the door and Seth got in to the front seat. Seth shuts the door and John said, "We're all ready to go." Max asked, "Where's Mrs. Watson and Max?" John said, "Mrs. Watson and Max are at home to get ready. Laurie said that she will meet us at the airport with your mom." Max said, "Okay." They all drove off to Abby's house and as they arrived at the driveway, John parked the car. Max got out of the car with Abby and he shuts the door. Seth got out of the car and he shuts the door. John grabbed the keys and he got out of the car as he shuts the door. They walk in to the house and Katherine said, "Abby, I want you to have this wedding dress of mine and your grandma wore that wedding dress when she married to your grandpa." Abby said, "Thanks Mom." Katherine said, "You're welcome, baby girl and it's been generations. One day, your daughter will wear the wedding dress like you did and make sure that you take care of it." Abby said, "I will Momma." Max said, "I can't believe that we're getting married tomorrow." Abby said, "I feel like I will be so happy with my first marriage to you." Max said, "You'll be Mrs. Max Nichols and I always wanted you as my wife no matter what." Abby said, "This was our wish that we wanted as kids back in the third grade when we have to sleep in while we couldn't go home because of the snow." Max said, "That's right and I remember that one time. Gosh, that was really fun back then and that one star came for the night as we both wish to get married and have children." Abby said, "We did it, love." Max said, "Now you're ready to be my wife tomorrow and we have to be living in a hotel." Abby said, "Yeah but we can't see each other like in a one room and we have to be in a separate room." Max said, "Yeah and this is going to be the best wedding ever for tomorrow." Abby said, "Me too sweetie." Max Jr said, "Momma. Daddy." Max picks up Max Jr and said, "Thanks to you, Max and you got us to be together for the wedding day tomorrow. Now, you're going to be a big brother for the first time and I hope you will love your baby sister that Momma is hoping for." Max Jr said, "Yeah." Abby said, "You'll be good for the wedding and I can't wait for you to see us happily married by staying together." Max Jr said, "Yay." Max kiss Max Jr's cheek and pulls away. Max said, "Thanks son." Abby said, "Thanks baby." Katherine said, "Come on guys, let's go and we got to make it to the airport." Max said, "Let's go." Abby grabs her wedding dress and Max walks out the door with Max Jr. Abby walks out and Katherine and John did too. Katherine said, "Max's baby toys are in the trunk, pull-ups, potty trained, and clothes are in there too." Max said, "Alright." John said, "I got Max's bottle and car seat." Max put Max Jr in his car seat and he buckles him. Abby got in with Seth and Max got in as they both shut the door. Katherine and John got in to the car as they shut the door. John put his keys to start the car and he starts backing the car up. John drove them off to the airport and Katherine receives a text from Laurie.
