"NOOOOOOOOO!!!!" Hermione yells in fear.
Then Aurors arrive and point there wands at Lucius.
"Expelliarmus!" Albert Grimborn yells. (Disarming spell; it knocks the victim's weapon out of his/her hands)
"Who are you?! How dear you-" Lucius says then gets cut off.
"We are Aurors from the Ministry of magic and you are under arrest" Tomes says sternly.
"And so are you three" Artemis says pointing at Pansy, Daphne and Goyle.
"But... But We are inocent" Pansy says.
"No you are not! You kidnapped my children, tied up my fiance and cursed Ron! Not to mention you poisoned Ginny almost killing her!" Draco yells.
Artemis unties Hermione. "Are you ok Miss Granger?" He asks.
"Yes, thank you" Hermione says.
"You have the right to remain silent. You are being sent back to Azkaban, were you belong" Albert says arresting Lucius.
"Your safe now" Hermione says holding her babies and un-silencing them with happy tares.
Daphne aims her wand at Tegan. "Sectumsempra!" She yells. (causes a huge slash across stomach which will not heal ever)
"No!" Draco screams out jumping in-front of the cures and gets a huge slash across his chest and falls to the floor.
Albert points his wand at Daphne. "Patronus Totalus!" He yells. (freezes or petrifies the body of the victim, making it incapable of moving)
"Draco!" Hermione screams, congers up a basket for the babies then runs over to Draco and falls to her knees. "Draco, say something! Draco!" Hermione cry's
"I.....love.....you...Her....mione!" Draco says in pain and agony then he go's un-continues.
"Albert, Tomes, take the prisoners to Azkaban! I'll call a healer for Malfoy Jr" Artemis says.
So Albert apperates to Azkaban with Daphne Greengrase and Lucius followed by Tomes with Pansy and Goyle.
"Will he be ok?" Hermione asks fighting back her tears.
"I've never seen a curse go that deep, but the Healer's can heal him" Artemis says sending a patronus to St Mungos.
....
3 minutes later Hermione is still fighting back her tears.
"Keep breathing Draco, hang in there" Hermione says sadly.
"We received your patronus" The female healer says, then she sees Draco on the floor. "What happened to this poor boy?" She asks coming over.
"He was hit by a cures, a pretty powerful one too" Artemis says.
"He needs urgent medical care" The healer says as she lifts Draco onto a stretcher.
"When can I visit him?" Hermione asks.
"We will send an owl to Hogwarts as soon as we can" The healer says then apperates away with Draco.
"You'd better get back to school, people will be worried" Artemis says.
"Thank you for your help" Hermione says and apperates back to Hogwarts why holding Tegan and Scorpios.
When Hermione and the babies arrive back in MvGonagall's office Harry stands up along with Ron, Ginny and Blaise.
"Hermione! You're back!" Harry says in relief.
"I'm so sorry that I took them! I wasn't in charge of my actions!" Ron says in panic.
"Ron, it's ok, you were cursed" Hermione says.
"Wait! Where's Draco?" Ginny asks.
"In St Mungos, he got hit by a strong cures" Hermione says.
"He'll be ok, Draco is strong" Blaise says.
"What about Parkinson, Greengrase and Goyle? What happened to them?" Harry asks.
"All in Azkaban" Hermione says.
"Really?! That means my mum won't force me to marry her! Wooohoo I'm free!!" Blaise says in excitement.
"So what exactly happened? We weren't allowed to come and help you" Ron says.
Hermione explains everything.
"And the babies slept through the whole thing?!" Ginny says in shock.
"They must have been tired... I hope Draco is ok" Hermione says.
"I'm sure he will be fine Mione" Harry says.
