3 days latter Hermione is in the head dorm after just finishing her second day back at classes, doing homework, organising Prefect meetings and looking after Tegan and Scorpios, then McGonagall walks in.
"Oh my goodness, You poor girl, you look exhausted!" McGonagall says.
"Don't worry professor, I'm fine" Hermione says as she rock's Scorpios to sleep.
"If you're sure. Anyway I am here to talk about Mr Malfoy. You may now visit him in hospital" McGonagall says.
"Really? I can see him?" Hermione asks excitedly.
"Yes Miss Granger, you may apperate there when your ready" McGonagall says.
"Thank you professor!" Hermione says as she puts her homework down.
"You seem very over-waked. Please remember you can take breaks if you need one" McGonagall says.
"Right, I'm ready" Hermione says referring to her and the babies.
"Send my regards to Mr Malfoy" McGonagall says.
"Ok" Hermione says and apperates with the babies to St Mungo's.
.....
A healer leads Hermione to Draco's private room where she finds Narcissa sitting next to Draco's bed.
"Hermione, dear, you came!" Narcissa says.
"Of course, I've been waiting all day hoping I could visit" Hermione says.
"They told me what happened, I'm so sorry about Lucius" Narcissa says.
"It wasn't your fault that he was there. How are you feeling Draco?" Hermione asks sitting next to the bed with Tegan and Scorpios on her lap.
"I'm a little sore, but apart from that I'm fine" Draco says laying in the hospital bed.
"We've missed you Draco" Hermione says holding the twins.
Narcissa smiles. "Are these my grandchildren?" She asks.
"Yes, Tegan Angelina and Scorpios Hyperion Malfoy. Would you like to hold Scorpios?" Hermione asks.
"Of course" Narcissa says and holds Scorpios. "He's so much like his farther."
"What was Draco like as a baby?" Hermione asks.
Draco blushes. "Mother, don't tell her, please" Draco begs.
Narcissa ignores Draco and starts talking about him. "When he was 6 months old he performed his first piece of magic" Narcissa says with a smile.
"Really? What did he do?" Hermione asks.
"He turned his hair purple!" Narcissa laughs.
"Awe! So cute!" Hermione says with a giggle.
Draco Blushes more. "Ok, what was your first bit of magic then Hermione?" Draco asks.
"When I was 8 I was reading a book called Matilder, where the girl could move things with her mind. I pretended that I could do the same. When I moved a book, I freaked out" Hermione says and blushes.
"So muggles have a book about a witch?" Draco asks.
"Kind of... She could only move things with her mind. So when are you coming back to school?" Hermione asks.
"Tomorrow I think, they needed to make sure that the cut was fully healed" Draco says.
"What spell did Greengrase use to hurt you Draco?" Narcissa asks.
"It was something like Sectumsempra, I've never heard it before" Draco says. (dark curse that causes a huge slash which will not heal ever)
"What did the healers say?" Hermione asks.
"They've only seen it once, performed by Snape. He knew the the reverse charm, but never told anyone else what it was" Draco says.
"Oh, He must of invented the spell then" Hermione says.
"Hermione, you look exhausted" Narcissa says.
"I'm not surprised. She has to take care of the twins, have lessons and do all the head girl duties including night watch until 11pm" Draco says.
"You're over waking yourself! And who looks after the twins during lessons?" Narcissa asks.
"Madam Pompfrey, but she's always busy with healing people, especially now that the Quidditch Season has started" Hermione says.
"I'm going to ask McGonagall if I can start to look after the twins during your lessons" Narcissa says.
"But... You can't be at Hogwarts! You'll embarrass me!" Draco says in panic.
Narcissa laughs. "No, I'll take them to the Manor from 9am-3pm. It will give you a break and I'll know they're safe" Narcissa says.
"Phew! But wont the constant apperating affect them?" Draco asks.
"I apperatede with you from when you were 2 days old and you turned out fine" Narcissa says.
"Thank you Narcissa" Hermione says.
