Ally's pov
"Hello, is this Ally?" The person on the other side asked. "Yeah, who's asking?" I replied. "It's me, Jason's mom." "Oh, ok." "Listen, Jason passed out so we're at the hospital." Oh my god, not again. "Ok, I'll be right there," I hung up. "Mom, I'm going out," I called to my step-mom. "Ok, be back soon dear." Ugh, even though I called her mom, I just couldn't accept her as my real mom. My real mom died when I was 9. My dad remarried 1 year later, but then died when I was 12. Now I just live with my stepmom, because my little sister Emma died when she was 5 from cancer. ( IDK if that's how it works) My life seemed to be filled with people who died. It was great.
I rushed to the hospital. The lady at the front desk told me where Jason was. I headed to his room. "Jason?" I uncertainly walked in. "He's unconscious," his mom said. She was standing to the left of Jason's bed. We waited for about 15 minutes until a doctor came in. "Good news, he's fine; he passed out because he got his memories back and it was too much for his brain to handle." "He should wake up soon though," she walked out. "I guess we just wait then," his mom said. "Ok," I replied. Then we waited some more. About an hour later Jason finally woke up. "Hi guys," he said. "Do you remember everything?" I asked him. "I think so." "What do you mean, you think so?" I don't know, test me," he said. "Okay," I said. "What is my favorite color?" "Aqua," he answered instantly. "Correct." "What is my favorite book?" "Percy Jackson and the Olympians." Again, he answered instantly. "I think you have your memories back, at least of me." His mom then quizzed him about herself. "I think you're good Jason," she said, relieved. I'm happy he had his memories back, now I could talk to him about personal stuff that he wouldn't have understood before. When he didn't have his memories I felt like he was a different person. I was glad he was back to normal. Little did I know something about Jason had become very different in this past week...
