Fairy Tail: Frozen Flames

Chapter 14

Natsu, Gajeel, and I have just started fighting Laxus to stop him from using his Lightning palace lacryma. Natsu and I bolt towards him at full speed going all out, Laxus blocks every punch and kick before grabbing us by our heads and head slams together.

Gajeel uses his iron slayer magic to turn his hand into a pillar, making contact with him. That gave us both some time to compose ourselves and clench my fist, rocketing a fist to uppercut Laxus in his lower abdomen really hard. He spat up some saliva and a little bile from the impact, I spin extending my leg above my head and kick him with the ball of my foot really hard giving him a large size brose in the image of the upper part my shoe.

I smile at that "ha take that jack***, you need to get off your ass and understand that the guild is not your personal battlefield due to your own family issues" venomous words spat out of my lips angrily trying to get Laxus to stop before something wrong happens.

I then look for Bianca to see her with Happy and Violet. "B and Happy, please take her back to the guild and let her stay with Master," asking them to get out of here before this place breaks apart.

That's when Laxus grabs my wrist and spins me around and flies right into one of the pillars of the cathedral, breaking it in half. He then grabs Natsu by the back of his head and sends him towards Gajeel, making him slam into Gajeel hard. Laxus walks up to me and steps on my back, shocking me violently, almost passing out due to the intensity.

Gajeel rams him with his iron slayer magic getting Laxus off my back. Both Gajeel and Natsu attack him together. I slowly get up in the worst mood imaginable and leap towards the blonde S class wizard and grab him by the wrist and slam an icy fist straight into his face, freezing a large section of his cheek.

Lightning surrounds him, pushing the three of us away. He laughs as the three of us attack him with our dragon roars at the same time, hopefully immobilizing him before he can take us down. All three of us are staring at the same spot Laxus is to see him standing tall and emitting more lightning than before.

We look at him agape "seriously, now I know why he is considered to be an S class wizard" was what flew from my mouth "Lightning Dragon Roar!" he screams as bolts of Lightning blasts towards us like bats out of hell. I create a massive wall of ice to put some protection between all of us so that the full attack doesn't kill us.

The brunt of the spell takes up all my own my body is being pushed back, creating indents in the marble tiles of the floor. My arms get tired. "I can't keep this wall up," struggling to hold my own magic from an S class wizard. "I thought my spell was a lot stronger than that," gasping as the wall shatters; I step on the tiled floor crushing it into more pieces creating a pillar pushing Gajeel and Natsu out of the way quickly.

I feel the high voltage surround me, I scream in pain and agony falling onto the hard-tiled floor with a loud thump. My body slightly spasms as the energy goes through my entire body; Gajeel and Natsu's faces are in agape as they see me "that's brutal," Gajeel states as he looks at me.

Natsu gets angry. "Laxus, if you can't get along with the rest of us, then how can you call you Master of our Guild" he spats out at him. Laxus becomes even angrier. "I'll take you all out then, and the Guild will be mine," he growls as he puts his hands together, creating an intense light blinding everything.

The light dims, showing the three of us unharmed. Laxus looks shocked at this event. I slowly and grudgingly get up "damn, I feel like I was hit by a large truck," groaning while stretching my weak aching muscles. Laxus looks stunned once more "why didn't it work!" he rages in anger. We hear footsteps behind us to see and see a green hair and green eyes "the reason Fairy Law didn't work is that you still see the others as comrades instead of enemies" the man states "Shut up Freed!" growls Laxus as Natsu pounds him in the face with a fiery fist. Laxus jumps onto the roof, Natsu and Gajeel follow him.

I stayed behind, trying to get my body back together from all that lightning coursed through my body. I feel the building shake a little as the light from Laxus and Natsu's magic emit bright lights and heat around the building. As the fight rages on, I feel the building shake more violently as something outside slams making considerable noise.

Freed and I run outside to see Laxus lying on the ground, unconscious. In the distance, a shadowed figure approaches showing the silhouette of Gajeel carrying Natsu over his shoulder, even though he was in a bad state.

It's the next day, and everyone, including myself, was bandaged up to cover their wounds. Gajeel and Natsu look like walking mummies while sitting down, trying to each other. Natsu is saying something under his bandages; that's when Gajeel responds to Natsu's muffled language. That's when I realized some are not injured and are helping out for the Festival, which included MaryJane.

I smile, "Mira, do you need me to help you with anything?" I question her smiling sweetly, she smiles back and asks me to help her with to prepare for the evening's parade. That's when the ordinarily boisterous energetic hall turns silent quickly and turn around to see Laxus also bandage up due to the fight with Natsu. Natsu walks up to him with a crutch and says something towards Laxus pointing at him, everyone looks at him like an animal caught in a magical mobile's headlights.

I smack my forehead dumbfounded. Gajeel stops behind me "Natsu is saying that the next time we fight, I'll win," Gajeel translates for him, "or so he says," he also states shrugging walking off with crutches. ***

It was later that evening, and everyone who can join the Festival is getting the floats ready. Everyone is in their positions. Several months have passed, and rumors have circulated about a dark guild. I'm helping at eight islands with Natsu and the others. Natsu is holding a tray of food eating the customers' food, I walk up to him and smack him on the back of the head hard "don't eat the customers' meals!" I scold him as a mother would to a child.

Later that evening, we are at the guild listening to Mira-Jane talking about the Baram alliance and how it works. She has a pen and writes a large diagram showing all of the guilds that are under the influence of the Baram Alliance. I'm thinking about this when I see three large guilds "Mira I see three guilds there that look like control the other one's Oracion Seis, Grimoire Heart and Tartaros," I point out. She nods, acknowledging that she understood.

Those are the three largest Dark Guilds that control the smaller ones. That's when Juvia pointed out that Phantom Lord and a couple of others have been crossed out. She smiles, "yeah, while Gajeel and I were in Phantom Lord, we destroyed many dark guilds," she chirps in a pleased tone. I look at her, "is that even something to be proud of?" I asked her, worriedly making her smile more.

I look at Lucy, and we shrug at each other. We see a short shadow coming from the entrance of the guild to see Master Makarov with a harsh expression as he looks at the entire guild. Mira smiles at him "how did your meeting go with the other guilds master?" she chips in happily.

OMG! I am very sorry. I had to take a quick break from writing due to technical issues with my computer and other things that happened in real life. I am back to writing now. I had to move back to the United States due to things that happened.
