Months after...

"Are you sure you are alright, Sarah?" Arthur asks after Sarah who keep throwing up for this past week

"Yes. Don't worry. Maybe just stomach flu."

"I will make a doctor's appointment for this evening. You need to see one. It's been a week you throw up almost every morning"

"No need to. I will see one before going to the office."

"Want me to drive you?"

"No. I will have the driver. You need go to the office"

"Are you sure?"

"Yes, I'm sure, Arthur. I will be fine. I will let you know after"

"Alright. Promise you will call if you need anything. I'm leaving now. Take care, love. I love you"

"Hm. Love you too"

After Arthur leaves Sarah, he call Adeline.

"Hey love" Adeline pick up the phone

"Hey sweetheart, hope you are not sleeping yet"

"Not yet. I was just about to call you. How is everything there?"

"Good. Just Sarah keep throwing up since you left"

"It is been a week, Arthur. Don't you take her check-up to the doctor?"

"She refused. But today she said she will see one before heading to the office. Hope she really go. Babe, do you think she is pregnant?"

"What makes you say that?"

"I checked the symptoms from the internet and it is similar with pregnancy"

"That's impossible. Do you have sex with her without me?"

"No. It's always three of us. Why do you ask?"

"Because you always cum inside me, Arthur. So, that is impossible for her to get pregnant"

"She said it's probably only stomach flu. I hope she is right. By the way, when you two come back? I miss you both"

"I guess it will be tomorrow. Your daughter keep nagging me about missing her daddy. She never acts like that before"

"That because before she don't know how cool her daddy was back then. Let me know what time is your flight okay?"

"Hah! Okay. I'm going to bed now, it's late here. Are you at the office now?"

"Almost. You sleep tight alright. Miss you badly. Send kisses to my princess. Love you"

"I will. Love you too baby"

Arthur keeps himself busy for the day after his phone call was rejected by Sarah and sent tons of unread messages. Sarah's driver said he takes Sarah to the office but not long after that he saw Sarah go out with a cab.

It's past 1 am and still no signs of Sarah. Even Adeline keeps calling and checking with Arthur. Both of them will arrive early in the morning from Russia. Arthur decided to pick them himself since he can't sleep. He even told his people to look for Sarah's whereabouts, but still no news. Nobody knows where she goes. They even managed to get the cab driver but the driver said he dropped her at Romeus Street and saw her across the road. CCTV on the streets shows nothing about Sarah so they assumed that Sarah must be around that street. They wait and searched but still... nothing...

6 am, Arthur arrived at the airport and saw Adeline carrying Vicky in her arms while Adeline's assistants carrying their luggage. 

"I am glad to see you both here, love" Arthur kiss them both and carry Vicky in his arms.

"Glad to be back at home... Any news about Sarah?" Adeline asks while Arthur's start to drive.

"Not yet. I am really worried about her."

"We all are, Arthur. She is a family"

"Uhm, Sir... Is that Miss Sarah?" Sasha, Adeline's assistant points his finger to a woman who just crosses the road in front of their car. Both, Adeline and Arthur follow his finger and look at the direction. Indeed, that is Sarah and a man follows behind her closely. They went to the coffee shop and sit in the corner.

No wonder why his men can't find Sarah, they are wasting their time waiting at the wrong street. He told Sasha to drive Vicky's back home first and send a driver back to the shop. Arthur parks his car and steps out with Adeline.

The unexpected moment shocks Sarah. Her face becomes pale when she saw Arthur and Adeline approach them slowly. She can't tell Arthur's faces because too many mixed up emotions showing at one time while Adeline looks worried.

Sarah tells something to the man and he starts to leave. But before he can step afoot, Arthur grabs his collar and slam him with his back land to Sarah's table. No one ever sees Arthur like this except Adeline. Even Arthur's men shock themselves with what they saw once they enter the shop.

"Greetings Sarah. Apologize for the surprise but you didn't answer your phone, didn't reply to my messages, didn't come home last night, no one knows where are you and I saw you with this man this morning. Do you know we are worried about your whereabouts?" Arthur calmly asks Sarah who still in shocks.

"Urgh, what the..." that man slowly get up but Arthur beat him again. This time, Adeline has to stop Arthur before he kills that poor man. Once she calms Arthur, he sent him sitting at the other end of the shop with a couple of his men guarding him. While the others take that poor guy to the hospital. 

"Sarah, what is going on?" Adeline asks her

"I am pregnant"
