I smiled and said confidently "So you've heard about me. Now it's your turn to introduce yourself."

"I don't think I need to introduce myself." She said while closing her book. "Why?" I asked looking at her confused.

"It's because we've already met before." She answered. I was still confused. "We met before?" I asked.

"Yeah, you must not remember me because I'm ugly." She scoffed. "You're not ugly! Who told you that?" I asked shocked.

"You." She simply answered. "I would never say that to anyone especially someone pretty like you-" she cut me off by saying "I'm Daisy. The girl you rejected back at high school."

My eyes were wide opened. I was shocked. Wait what was happening? I thought to myself.

She pushed herself off the wall and said "I know that you've been watching me for the past few weeks but I'll bear you the embarrassment because I know how it feels to be embarrassed in front of a lot people. I'm not gonna reject you like how you rejected me and humiliated me in front of the whole school." She said.

"I'm not interested in you anymore." She said then walked away.

I never expected being rejected would hurt this bad.
