Cedric x reader

I was playing quidditch. It was Slytherin against Ravenclaw. I was the seeker for Slytherin. I saw the snitch and I was so close to grabbing it when I saw a bludger coming I moved out the way quickly but losing sight off the snitch.

Another bludger came towards me and hit my back. I fell off my broom above the Hufflepuff stands I was about to hit the stands when I was lifted higher into the air.

I saw Dumbledore with his wand pointed at me. Marcus flint grabbed me and put me on his broom while Adrian Pucey grabbed my broom.

He brought my broom and I jumped off Marcus's broom onto my own.

"Thanks boys" I said smirking at them. They nodded and went back to there posts. I saw the snitch and I went for it. I saw cho Chang going for the snitch as well. She tried to knock me off but I dodged her and now I was the only one going for it.

After a few minutes I managed to grab it.

"Slytherin wins! With Y/N L/N catching the snitch!" I hear lee Jordan yell through the mic.

The Slytherin team land with me following when the whole Slytherin house came towards us.

Cedric's POV:

I was sat with my friends and I was talking with them.

We saw the Slytherin team walk in and I heard cho shout.

"CHEAT!" She shouted with disgust in her voice I rolled my eyes and carried on watching. I saw Y/N glare at her.

Y/N ignored her and cho stood up.

"Don't ignore me bitch!" Cho shouted. The Slytherin team turned around and glared at cho.

"What did you just call her!? Marcus flint yelled. Y/N then turned to Marcus.

"Leave it Marcus. It ain't worth it" they walked away and cho and her friends started laughing.

Cho walked away and came and sat next to me.

"Hey babe" cho said with dreamy eyes. I sighed and looked at her.

"What was that?" I said to her and she just laughed.

"What? She cheated" she said back

"She didn't though. She played fair and square." I said back glaring. She looked surprised then just huffed and walked out the great hall.

*time skip*

It's been a few weeks since the match and cho has been bullying Y/N everyday. I hate that cho has been doing this to her so when me and cho were hanging out I turned to her.

"So look cho. We need to talk." I said to cho and she snuggled up to me.

"What's up baby?" She said to me in a lovey voice.

"You need to stop bullying Y/N. She did not cheat during the match." I said in a stern voice.

She sat up taken back.

"WHAT!" She shouted.

"Why are you taking her side!" She said in a high voice but not exactly shouting.

"Because she didn't cheat! Your just mad that she won and you lost!" I said raising my voice.

"I will not leave her alone!" She shouted angrily. I realised I had no choice.

"Well then. We're over cho. I will not be with a bully like you" I said standing up and walking away. She tried to shout after me and I just carried on walking.

*time skip*

Y/N POV:

Cho has been constantly bullying me. I was sat in the courtyard when I heard someone coming. I turned and saw Cedric diggory walking towards me.

"You alright?" I heard Cedric say as I turned back around.

I ignored him and just kept my head down. I heard him sigh and then he sat down next to me. We stayed silent for a while until he spoke up.

"I'm sorry about cho." He said trying to start a conversation. I just ignored him again. He sighed again and I could tell he was trying to think of what to say next.

"You know you don't have to apologise for her actions." I said finally speaking up. He looked at me and smiled.

"I know but I want you to know you can trust me." He said still smiling. I looked at him and nodded letting him know I trust him.

"I broke up with cho." He added. I looked at him confused. He understood and carried on.

"I didn't like how she was treating you, and she was lying when she said you cheated I know that for sure." He looked at me signalling he was done.

I looked at him unsure of what to say. No one has treated a Slytherin this nicely before. He knew I was confused so he carried on.

"So look. There is something I haven't told you" he said looking visibly nervous. I nodded unsure of where he was going with this.

"And what would that be?" I said clear confusion in my voice. He fully turned to me and tried to find the right words.

"Well there is a specific reason to why I broke up with cho." He said clearly nervous I looked up confused.

"I-I-I like y-you." He said while a deep blush came across his face. I looked st him shocked but then smiled.

"I like you too Cedric." He smiled and then he started leaning in and i leaned in as well. After a few seconds our lips met in a soft and sweet kiss.

After a while he pulled away smiling like crazy.

"I love you" He said still smiling. I smiled back.

"I love you too." I said back to him. We had complications to begin with but then we lived happily ever after.
