🌻 the more you ask someone if they are okay, the more pressured they will feel about going to you at their own will, if they need help or are feeling upset. of course, looking out for someone is important, but try not to hassle them. be subtle and calm, as this will distract them. a good way to ask, is to start a nice conversation with them, maybe about what they did over the last few days, or about what you have been up to recently. then, instead of directly saying, "are you okay?" say, "how have you been lately?" 🌻
