"KENMA! KENMA!" A loud voice yelled, popping up beside Kenma.

"(L/N)..."

"I got you a present!"

"A present?"

Kenma always liked receiving gifts from (L/N), they had similar interests but completely opposite personalities

(L/N) handed Kenma a large box, "I didn't get you anything for your birthday because I was sick but now I got you one!"

It was true, (L/N) and the volleyball team had planned a party but (L/N) got severely sick and couldn't come. Kenma set it down on his desk, carefully opening it. It was a Nintendo Switch. He'd always wanted one, since it was like his PSP but better. It came with two games, Pokémon and Mario Kart.

"Look, now we can play together!" The loud girl said.

"(F/N), isn't this really expensive?" Kenma felt quite bad accepting something so expensive.

"And? I got it for you!"

(L/N) looked at the clock, "Ah! I have to go to class now! See you at practice!"

Yes, (L/N) was Nekoma's manager. Kenma opened one of the games only for a note to fall out.

It read, "Kenma, will you go out with me?"

Kenma blushed, holding the note. To be honest, Kenma had a crush on (F/N) for the longest time. He just never had the courage to ask her out. He put his present away and took out his phone. He had a bunch of dumb charms on it but there was two of the same kind, just different color. One was his favorite color and the other was (L/N)'s favorite color. He was going to give it to her sooner but he chickened out.

'Right, today I will give this to her and we can become official..' 

Kenma sighed, feeling better about everything.

(L/N) was helping Kuroo clean up. The whole day she had been thinking about if Kenma had seen the note or not.

'Bwah! I'm so dumb, what if he doesn't like me back!?' (M/N) looked sadly at the ball.

"Is something wrong, (L/N)?"

She looked up at Kuroo with a face that read, 'Everything.'

"Wait, did you?..."

She nodded. Kuroo gasped.

"I'm sure all will go well!" Kuroo said, spotting Kenma. He walked away, leaving (F/N) confused.

"(L/N)..." Kenma said, tapping on the (H/C) haired girl's shoulder.

She turned around, looking him right in the eyes as they were the same height.

"uM, yes!?" She shouted.

Kenma took (F/N) phone out her pocket and put in the (F/C) cat charm. She held her phone, surprised. Kenma took out his phone, showing the same charm.

"Um, I'll go out with you, (F/N)."

It took a minute to process what had just happened as (L/N) only had one tiny brain cell.

"KENMA!? ARE YOU SERIOUS?" She shouted.

He nodded.

She then proceeded to hug Kenma, making them both fall down.

"I told you so." Kuroo whispered to the rest of the volleyball team, who were watching in awe.
