(L/N) (F/N), the captain of Shiratorizawa's girls' volleyball team. Even though she had started team in her first year, since there wasn't one before that, her team was strong.

But they weren't really noticed since it was all about the boy's team. Boys this, boys that, blegh.

They had enough of it, making it their mission to go to nationals.

"You guys! We're gonna have a match with the boy's team real quick." The coach said.

They all grinned at each other, they were gonna show them hell. Both teams made it the finals, and they were going to have the game that would set them into nationals tomorrow. The girl's team walked into the boy's gym, they were already doing stretches. (L/N) sat down, doing stretches and eyeing Ushijima. Of course, Ushijima saw her, making her look in another direction. Ushijima blinked, even though he looks like the type to never be in love with anyone, he fell in love with the one and only (L/N) (F/N).

Crazy.

Ushijima really admired her, how strong she was, he'd hate the admit, but he thinks that she is stronger than him.

"Are you guys done?" Coach called out.

Both teams replied with a, "Yeah."

They all line up, giving a bow.

"Let's have a good game."

They took their spots, (F/N) as a spiker.

(L/N) looked at their setter, Miyu, grinning. Miyu simply nodded, knowing exactly what she wanted. As the ball was served by the boy's team, it was easily received. Going to Miyu, she set it, but she didn't even bother looking where.

(L/N) jumped, but so did Tendou, ready to completely block her spike but it never happened. (L/N) height and jump power came in handy, as Tendou only got a one-touch. He looked surprised as he saw the ball hit the wooden court.

At the end of their game, surprise surprise, the girl's team won.

Now it was time for them to go home.

"(L/N)." Ushijima walked up to her.

"What?"

"Let's walk together."

(L/N) thought about it for a second or two, "Okay."

She adjusted her strap and they started to walk. They walked in silence for a bit until Ushijima started to talk.

"Are you nervous?" He asked, looking straight ahead.

"For the game? Honestly, yeah."

Ushijima looked at her, intrigued.

"This is what I've been training for and I don't want to let my team down..."

Ushijima only nodded.

"The real question, are you nervous?" She asked.

"Not really.. The others might be."

(L/N) scoffed, "Of course."

"The all mighty Wakatoshi Ushijima, the star of Shiratorizawa." (Y/N) said sarcastically.

Ushijima frowned.

"Honestly just pisses me off, why doesn't the girl's team get noticed more?"

"Oh yeah, it's cause you guys have to take the spotlight. There wasn't even a fricking girls volleyball team when I came!"

(L/N) sighed as she walked up her steps.

"Hey, (L/N).."

(L/N) opened her door, "Yeah?"

Oh, poor Wakatoshi.

"I really... Like you.."

Bad timing.

"And I was thinking... After our games, we could go out somewhere..."

Don't cry, you have crops to tend to.

"No." (L/N) said, slamming her door on him.
