The Angels of Darkness

Chapter 4

(Andrew PoV)

We arrived at their base and was instantly sent straight towards the Interrogation rooms. We sat in separate rooms, just chilling. They took everything but my Comms away so I could speak to Daniel and Charlie.

"[So is this boring or what?]" I asked, "[It is fucking boring.]" Charlie agreed, "[Some one just entered my room, African American woman.]" Ember said. "[So Arch-Angel, What do you want for tonights dinner? I'm thinking chippy.]" I said, "[It's your turn to pay this time Arch-Demon.]" She replied, "[I know.]" I responded. "[She just left, she asked me a bunch of questions about who I am and shit, then asked me to join.]" Ember said, "[What did you say?]" I asked, "[I said perhaps, it depends on my companions.]" Ember said.

The woman that Daniel was talking about entered my room, "So, Arch-Demon. What's your name?" she asked, "It's Andrew." I replied, "Last name?" she asked, "Unless you want Subject 1-1 as a last name then I don't have any." I replied. "Subject 1-1?" she quizzed, "I am not talking about my past. Please hurry up with your questions, my wound is going to heal before you finish." I said, she sighed.

"Well, do you want to join? If you don't you are going to prison for multiple offences and murders. So Joining us will be in your best interest." She said, "Threatening a Demon doesn't work, Director. But It depends on what The other's choice." I replied. She sighed with annoyance and left.

"[She's on your way Arch-Angel.]" I said.

(Time skip.)

We decided to join them, Fuck it why not. But we all said if they piss us off then we are allowed to punch them. Which she reluctantly agreed too. We had just been introduced to the crew. And me and Charlie share a room, because we are siblings. And Ember got his own room. Lucky bastard.

We moved into the room and I instantly took the Left room. I dropped my gear into the room then walked out to find a bike, I found my bike, They must have brought it here, so I drove off towards mine and Charlies house, whilst there I collected the rest of our equipment.

(Time skip)

So I collected our truck, and also collected the supplies we had. Daniel and Charlie helped me take it towards our room. Where we stacked the Boxes in the corner, There was actually a shit ton of room here. I then got Charlie's order then got my bike off the truck and drove off towards the chippy.

(Time skip, Next day.)

I was sent on a mission with Frost, Ash and Lion. They didn't want me to go alone even though I begged for it. This mission was to raid an outpost, which were sheer drops for at least 3000 m. we moved into the outpost silently. And all was going well, until Frost and Lion got caught.

Lion managed to escape, but Frost hadn't. and I was aiming at the white mask that had her. "I swear to god if you don't bring her away from that edge not even Satan's worst punishment will be close to what pain I will bring to you." I said quite angrily. He just laughed, Ash and an injured Lion ran around the corner, there was only one Mask left, and they were holding Frost of the edge of a cliff.

"Bring her to safety and I swear I can get you a nice comfy bed in hell." I said, a bit calmer. The mask's laugh turned psychotic, as he just let go. My heart sank as I threw my shotgun to the side and started taking my coat off. I jumped off the cliff after Frost and sped down towards her, my coat was off, and my wings were free. I managed to grab the falling operator and extended my Wings, slowing the fall. But we still hit the floor with a role. I heard a sickening crack and horrible pain in my wing.

I kept the scream in as we stopped rolling. I was staring up at the Sky as I let go of Frost and she rolled off of me and lay there on my unbroken Wing. She had no clue what had just happened. Till I asked her to get up. I found my coat had followed us down and pulled out a syringe of blue liquid. I then injected it into the broken wing and straightened the Bone out.
