Chapter 1: Falling Star

Cars are honking, headlights are shone upon him. Walking by the streets late at night, Kara, a boy who had a lot of problems in life takes a stroll.
He walks, and walks, and walks, and sees a lake and goes by the lakeside.

Kara sighs
He takes a rock and he starts skipping stones

"I’ve gotten in so much trouble today. First I got late, then I got bullied and then my one and only love of my life rejected me. How can this day get any worse?" Kara said.

Kara lies down on the grass, his hands behind his head.

"What beautiful stars… Oh! A shooting star! This must be a sign from God that it’s going to be better."

*Footsteps*
*Footsteps getting louder*
As the footsteps get louder, Kara is disturbed and looks at where the footsteps are coming from.

"*gasp* Kara. *inhales* KARAAA!!" Avi shouted to Kara.

"Avi?" with a suprised look by Kara.

At that moment the falling star shone a bright light upon the world engulfing the Earth.
Morning came and both of them are lying beside each other and gaining consciousness.

Kara slowly opens his eyes and sees Avi. Surprised and confused he suddenly
jumps out of the position they were in.

Kara blushes and said "ehhh~. Uhmm... Ahhh... W-what happened? Did I fell asleep? D-D-Don't tell me we did something naughty!? Ughhh Kara stop with your imagination."

Avi opens her eyes, waking up like a baby. She was not confused nor
surprised at all. She was calm while the wind blows on her hair.

" Kara? What’s wrong? Why are you so red? Are you alright?"

Kara covers his face
"Eek!~ N-No I-I’m fine. It’s alright."

Avi says
"Are you sure??"

Kara smiled and says
"Yes! But most importantly, what happened? Where are we?"

Avi looks around.
"I think we’re still by the lake."

Kara replies
"This is the lake, but no it's different. look at the surroundings. It’s all trees and grass and small criters. Where are the buildings? Where’s the bridge?"

Avi was shocked but remained calmed at that time. She looked at her surroundings and noticed something moving by the bushes.
Could it be an animal? A monster? It was moving and coming nearer. Scared, she was. She clang to Kara trembling with fear.

"K-K-Ka-Ka-Kara...." Avi said while shaking.

Kara looks at Avi with a troubled face and says
"What’s wrong Avi? Cat got your tongue?"

Kara looks at where Avi was looking, then he suddenly trembled in fear.

The sound was getting louder as it came closer to Kara and Avi.
*shrug* *shrug*

After a while, a rabbit came out of the bush
Avi was relieved that there was nothing dangerous coming out of the bush

Avi exhaled with relief
"thank god. I thought it was a wolf or something."

"you were just overreacting."
Kara said with a weird smile

Avi pouts
"you were shaking too you know! Hmp! "

Kara laughs and gives a positive vibe to Avi as she also smiles at him. Suddenly, a man came after the rabbit. The man was armed with a sword and looked like a knight with old clothes. The man looks at the two.
Kara and Avi waves at the man with a smile.

Kara shouted "oy!! MISTER!"

Avi waved at the man while jumping "Mister!"

The man waves back.
