Stand Name: 『Weird Science』
Stand User: Steppen W. Doramine*
Powers: Weird Science can combine things and break them apart. Think The Hand plus Crazy Diamond. But creepy. It can shred you into atoms and then combine them into something else. By breaking things down and mixing them up in the correct way, it can make some insane explosions as well as radioactive materials. Steppen's been studying how to mix and match elements to agment his Stand's powers.
Appearence: Weird Science looks like the Slenderman got smacked with a bucket of NonMixing Black & White Paint Deluxe Edition. Made of shiny, smooth, black and white... stuff, Science stands at about 10 feet tall or more at full height. It's lanky as well, and has long fingers and talons for feet. It's got a twisted version of the Ying Yang for it's face, with the circles for eyes. As for Steppen, he's an average guy, 16 years old, usually wears a long hoodie with a Tshirt under neath and khaki pants because he hates jeans.
Other notes: Steppen's just a normal guy, or he tries to be. Stand Users attract other Stand Users. Like Josuke, he's just a small town kid trying to protect his family.
Other notes: When messing around with physics, Steppen usually wears a stained lab coat. Please don't ask about the stains. He occasionally acts like Rohan Kishibe (like with the.... ugh, spider).
