『Dead Man's Party』 is a Stand made for killing. Think steampunk, cowboy skeleton. With a gun. I based it mostly off of Carceno from the game Summoners War.**

An expert sniper. Need I say more? Actually, Dead Man's Party was manifested a while after Rushton became a registered sniper for the U.S. military***, so he's an amazing shot too. Dead Man's Party is a strange Stand in that the closer it is to it's user, the faster it gets. It has hypothetically infinite range, but as it slows down, it doesn't really... go anywhere. It's good for setting up traps, as it's still a good medium-range Stand. Extremely accruate, basically just a sniper. A very simple Stand. But with it's movement speed, it can also act as an extremely accurate machine gun when directly next to Rushton.
As for Ruston, he's just 25, but he's an actual war veteran. A bit on the scruffy side, but a nice dude. He loves his little brothers more than anything. Usually seen wearing camo pants and a black T-shirt. He was given special leave to take care of his little brothers, more specifically Acacius (name work in progress, couldn't find a fitting classic rock name for him). Acacius has, well, a lot of mental health issues.
