The girl with long red hair stood there next to the willow tree. She went there after school everyday at 4pm. Nobody really understood why she was always there at the same time, but she just was. Everyone in the small town thought she was odd, well why wouldn't they? She did the same thing every day whether it was snowing, raining, or very hot out, she still showed up in the same place.
One day a new boy moved into town. While he was walking around the town looking for a good place to read, he found the tree. He sat down and started reading his book. The boy looked at his watch and saw it was 3:55pm. He heard footsteps coming towards him, he looked around and saw the red haired girl walking up to the tree. He stood up with his book when she got closer. "Sorry is this your reading spot?" The boy asked as the girl was only a yard away from him. The girl didn't answer.
The girl just stood there and looked at him with her green eyes. "No it's not." She responded quietly. He looked at her for a moment.
"Then why did you come here?" The boy asked. The red haired girl just looked down and pointed at the ground. He walked over to her to see what she was pointing at, he saw a grave stone.
"I come here to visit my parents." The girl said on the verge of tears. The boy hugged her. The boy whispered something in her ear that made the girl fall onto her knees. The boy just stood there and watched her cry.
A couple weeks have gone by now since then, nobody has seen the girl, she stopped showing up to the willow tree. Everyone looked for her but nobody could find her. The boy moved out of town a little bit after the girl went missing. Do you want to know what he said?
. . .
"Your next."
