Deanna walks into John and Sam and Dean's motel room to see Sam typing on his laptop and Dean asleep on one of the motel beds. Sam looks to Deanna "Hey Sis" Deanna smiles at Sam "Hi Sammy, where's Dad?" Sam says "He's off out, he's buying breakfast" Deanna nods and Sam stands up and asks "You okay Anne?" Deanna nods and Sam says "Y'know one of the best things about being a big Brother?" Deanna shakes her head and says "No" Sam says "I know when something's bothering you...so spill what's wrong?" Deanna deeply sighs as she leans against the wall and says "It's just I'm scared" Sam furrows his eyebrows in confusion "Scared of what? Has somebody threatened you? Cause if they have I'll kill them" Deanna chuckles and says "Nobody has threatened me it's just I'm scared of giving birth, my due date is next week and it's getting closer and closer I'm just freaking out" Sam engulfs Deanna into a tight hug and says "I'm here for you, you aren't alone okay" and Deanna says "Thanks Sammy, you're the best" and Sam gently kisses Deanna's forehead.

John is driving his truck when his cell phone rings and he answers his cell phone and says "John Winchester here" Azazel says "Johnny it's been a while" John clenches his jaw and says "Yellow eyes" and Azazel laughs and says "You've got it in one" John says "What do you want?!" Azazel says "Just to talk" John asks "About?" Azazel says "My Daughter is dead! Deanna killed her! Now it's time you felt my pain. A Daughter for a Daughter" John says "Don't you dare threaten Deanna! You best leave her alone!" Azazel hangs up and he laughs.

Deanna walks outside the motel room and opens the impala boot and Azazel appears before her and she gasps and he looks down at her pregnant stomach and he says "Well well look at you! It's been a while" Deanna says "What do you want?! Leave me alone!" Azazel says "You murdered my Daughter Deanna and for that you've gotta pay" and Azazel suddenly vanished with Deanna in tow.

John barges into Deanna's motel room to find it empty and his face drops and he runs to his motel room and he barges into his motel room to see Robbie and Ryder sitting on the bed and Dean and Sam standing and everybody looks at John. John asks "Where's your Sister?" Dean looks at John and says "She's gone Dad, she's missing" and John mutters "No" and he punches the drywall.
NEXT TIME: The Winchester's try to track down Deanna. Azazel tortures Deanna.
