Billy Hargrove: I Think I Love You

Billy sighed in annoyance as he watched Tommy and Carol makeout, sure he could probably hook up with some girl but he had only one girl on his mind as of late and he had pushed her away the past two weeks because, after their latest date, he had felt himself falling in love with her, something he didn't imagine himself doing after leaving California. He got up throwing his drink away but stopped when he saw Y/N's cousin Jonathan standing by the door.

"Hey Jonathan, where's Y/N at?" Billy asked.

"Why should I tell you? Your dumbass pushed away probably the only girl to love you." Jonathan said.

"She loves me?" Billy asked shocked at what Jonathan said.

"Not that you care but yes she does, quite a lot in the fact that she got a tattoo of your initials." Jonathan said.

"She what?" Billy asked.

"While we were on vacation she got it done and was going to surprise you but then you decided to avoid her. So when you stop by the house, check her ring finger when you go to see her." Jonathan says.

Billy smiled in disbelief before walking out to his car and heading over to Y/N's house. He smiled when he noticed her mother's car wasn't in the driveway.

Y/N was staring at the tattoo on her ring finger that she was starting to regret when someone knocked on her door. Weird she wasn't expecting anyone this late at night, she cautiously got up and made her way downstairs. She peaked out the curtains and saw that damn Camaro sitting her driveway before unlocking the door.

"Glad to see you decided to stop avoiding me." Y/N said opening the door.

"Can we talk about that?" Billy asks shoving his hands into his jacket pockets as he looked at Y/N.

"Why? When I wanted to talk to you, you avoided me like the Black Plague and made me feel like I was just some hookup." Y/N said.

"Because I think I love you Angel, and you don't know how much that scares me." Billy confessed making Y/N look at him finally.

"Are you serious right now? Because you have told me countless times that you would never love again after your mother." Y/N says stepping out the front porch.

"Well turns out there's this amazing girl in my life who has shown me that it is possible to love again and I just wanted to her to know that I didn't mean to push her away." Billy says.

"I guess it's good that amazing girl loves your dumbass so much that she went and got your initials tattooed on her ring finger." Y/N says finally showing Billy the tattoo she had gotten for him.

Billy smiled running his thumb over it while looking at the tattoo of his initials next to a crown on her finger. He knew he was definitely going to get one like hers on the same finger.

"So are you still my Angel?" Billy asks wrapping his arms around her.

"I always and always be as long as you don't avoid me like that ever again." Y/N says placing a small kiss on his lips.

"I promise, you don't know how hard those two weeks were for me." Billy says.
