Rockstar au with a twist😈
Jeremy's pov

I woke up to the sound of my alarm roughly around 6:30 am. Don't ask me why I was up that early on a Saturday. It's a long story...

Anyways back to the important stuff.

I woke up and immediately got ready for the day. I had a lot to do to get ready for the concert! You may be thinking "Woah you're a rockstar?!"  No my friend. I'm no rockstar. I'm just some dumb teenager who's gonna try and get free tickets to see one of my favorite musicians perform on my birthday.

I had my entire plan written out even though I knew it wasn't gonna work and I'd end up just begging to be let in which our obviously fail meaning I'd get kicked out.

When it was finally time to go I hopped in my car and began the long journey to Houston Texas.

....by long journey I mean a 5 1/2 hour drive.

I was surprisingly the first person at the ticket booth to purchase physical tickets and not those weird digital ticket things. Lucky me I guess.

Well that's all fine and great, but as soon as I opened my mouth to speak I completely forgot what my plan was. In front of me stood the prettiest boy I'd ever seen. I mean I knew that *insert random musician artist person here* was good looking, but this guy? Damn he was something else!

He wasn't attractive in a way that most people would probably think. He was just kinda....special y'know? The guy at the ticket booth had fluffy dark brown hair (almost black) that fell slightly over his chocolate brown eyes. He had squarish shaped glasses giving him a nerdy appearance, but somehow making him even more appealing to look at.

"May I help you?" The boy asked in a slightly bored tone as though he had been standing in that same spot for hours already and just wanted to go home.

"I uhm- uh- Y-Yes I was just um wondering how much the u-um tickets cost?" Wow....real smooth Jeremy.

The ticket booth boy perked up slightly as his eyes glanced up from his phone screen to look at me. Something seemed to have sparked his interest. Maybe it was the fact I couldn't even get my first sentence out without stuttering like an idiot. Maybe it was because I was too awkward to exist. Maybe it was just because he didn't wanna be mean because this is kinda his job or whatever. Maybe I'm just overthinking everything and should stop rambling inside my head like a mo on.

"Well my friend that depends on which tickets you buy. Most of the good seats have already been taken, but there are still some pretty cool ones that come at a slightly lower price." His voice was so soothing to listen to, but also a little squeaky. He was either in high school or college, but I couldn't tell just yet.

Okay deep breaths Jeremy. It shouldn't be this hard to have a conversation with someone. "W-What are the cheapest tickets you have?" WHY DID YOU HAVE TO STUTTER YOU I D I O T-

"Well the cheapest I have are about 150 per ticket, but I might be able to make an arrangement to get you a better seat for cheaper."

"R-really? How?"

"What's your name?"

"Uhm J-Jeremy Heere"

"I'm Michael. Michael Mell. You're awfully trusting aren't you?"

"Oh I-I-I'm sorry-"

"Don't apologize. I think it's kinda cute"

Oh my god

Did he just-

..........................

He did

He winked at me

Oh

My

God

I could literally feel my face heat up and go pink from something that probably wasn't even intentional!

A small smirk formed on Michael's lips as he saw me grow slightly flustered.

The boy leaned forward slightly out of the ticket booth and pushed his glasses up the bridge of his nose slightly. "You cold Jer? Your cheeks seem a little pink." Oh he knew full well it wasn't cold and I know he knew I was blushing.

"Oh I'm uh f-fine! It's not cold o-out here!"

"Maybe you should step inside for a minute? If you get lucky maybe i can get you a good seat to see the show for free"

I nodded and hesitantly walked inside the vicinity. I was fidgeting with the sleeve of my cardigan like always. I could feel Michael walk in behind me after closing down the ticket booth. Basically everyone had bought their tickets online so there was no need for the ticket booth to be open. Michael started walking so I followed him. He walked backstage, allowing me to follow him and sat down on a crate of supplies they hadn't needed yet. I sat down on a small chair near the crate.

That's when he walked in.

The rockstar I had been dying to meet almost my whole life.
