Scott have told, Stiles, Harper and James that Derek was alive. Scott wanted to be a human again and he have asked Derek if there was a cure, Derek told him that he have heard that if you wanted to be cured you shall kill the one that bite you. Then Derek and Scott have made a deal that if he help him catch the Alpha, Derek will help him kill him.

The police cars was right behind Derek as he ran as fast as he could. "Repeat, suspect is on foot. We're in pursuit heading northwest" Sheriff Stilinski said over the radio.
Suddenly a big car was in front of Derek which make him stop and run left. "He's on foot. Just ran into the iron works" Chris said to Kate over the phone "Wait, wait. Did you say on foot?" Kate asked "Yeah, into the iron works" Chris said "Running?" Kate asked "Yes, running!" Chris said and hung up.
"If he's on foot, then who the hell is driving his car?" Kate asked as she was driving after Derek's car. Scott was driving Derek's car and Stiles sat next to him "Faster?" Scott asked, "Much faster" Stiles said as he saw how close the other car was, Scott drove faster, but the car was still right behind them.
"Hey, Scott, I don't think you're grasping the concept of car chase here" Stiles said "If I go faster, I'll kill us" Scott said "Well, if you don't go faster, they're gonna kill us!" Stiles said and Scott drove faster.
Stiles looked behind and saw that the car was gone "They're gone" Stiles said and lifted up a walkie before he push a button "All units, suspect is on foot heading into the iron works" said the officer over the walkie.
Derek was in the iron works when he looked around, but then suddenly there was a small explosion and a very sharp light causing Derek to cover his eyes.
He looked up and saw Chris standing higher up pointing a crossbow on him. Derek ran to cover, then Scott came driving and stopped "Get in" Stiles said as he opened the front door and crawled into the backseat before Derek jumped in and Scott drove away.
"What part of laying low don't you understand?" Scott asked "Damn it, I had him" Derek said "Who, the Alpha?" Stiles asked "Yes! He was right in front of me, and the freaking police showed up" Derek said "Hey, they're just doing their jobs.." Stiles said and Derek looked at him, "Yeah, thanks to someone who decided to make me the most wanted fugitive in the entire state" Derek said looking at Scott "Can we seriously get past that? I made a dumbass mistake. I get it" Scott said "All right. How did you find him?" Stiles asked and Derek looked at him "Can you try to trust us for a least half a second?" Scott asked "Yeah, both of us" Stiles said and Derek looked at him "Or just him. I'll be back here" Stiles said and leaned back to the backseat.
