Scott had being out doing shopping for his mother, he was in a parking house, on his way to the car.
He looked around to find the car, but he couldn't see it, he put down the bags and pulled up his keys. He pressed the button on the keys to find the car, there was an alarm chirping in the disengage, he looked up, but then a bottle of milk rolled out of one of the bags "Oh, crap" he said and try to catch it, but the milk bottle rolled under a car.
Scott was about to kneel down and get it back, but then the bottle rolled back to him and then there was a low growling noise. Scott looked at the car's window and saw a figure. He then turned around and began running away.
Scott ran through the parking house trying to get away from the one that chased him.
Sometimes he would look back to see how close the person was.
Then Scott hide behind a car, his heart was beating loudly and he was breathing heavily.
He took a deep breath and his heart slow down again. But he could hear the figure, he then jumped up on the cars, so the alarms was trigger.
Scott continued jumping from car to car while all the alarms continued wailing.
He then ran around a corner before he hide behind a car and start panting.
Then suddenly his phone start ringing causing him to gasps "No. No, stop" he said as he pulled up his phone. Then there was a thud noise and someone grabbed Scott's shoulder and pulled him up and threw him down and a car, Scott grunted and looked up at the person to see that it was James with Derek standing on the other side of the car "You're dead" Derek said looking at him.

Scott walked behind James and Derek "What the hell was that?" Scott asked Derek "Said James and I was gonna teach you. I didn't say when" Derek said "You scared the crap out of me" Scott said "Not yet" Derek said "Okay, but I was fast, right?" Scott asked "Not fast enough" Derek said "He is right, I didn't need to use all my speed to catch you" James said "But the car alarm thing, that was smart, right?" Scott asked "Till your phone rang" Derek said "Yeah, but that was... I mean... Would you just stop please?" Scott shouted causing both Derek and James to stop before they turned around and looked at him.
"What happened the other night, Stiles' dad getting hurt, that was my fault. I should have been there do to something. I need you guys to teach me how to control it" Scott said, "Look, James, Harper and I, am what we are because of birth. You were bitten. Teaching someone who was bitten takes time. I don't even know if we can teach you" Derek said "What do I have to do?" Scott asked "You have to get ride of distractions" Derek said and pulled up Scott's phone "You see this? This is why I caught you. You want us to teach you? Get rid of her" Derek said and James looked at him "What, just because of her family?" Scott asked, but then Derek turned around "Wait, wait, wait" Scott said as he watched Derek throw the phone into a wall causing it to smashes.
