Chapter 2: Adventure it is

I wake up a room. Sitting next to me was a beautiful looking girl. She said her name was Elise. 

"Oh you're awake," Said Elise looking at me

"I think I am, last time i checked," I joked

She giggled for a bit. She then asked what I was doing on the ground in the middle of no where. I explained how we got attacked and I got sent with my sis... Thats when forgot about my sister. 

"Wait, Where is my sister," I asked panicking.

"Don't worry, she is wide asleep," she said with a smile.

In my mind i was relieved about that. But many questions were flowing through my mind. Why were we raided? Maybe ill find out. I just also hope my parents were fine. 

"Come lets go outside" Elise said walking outside.

"Where are we?" I asked looking at a plain landscape. 

"you'll see" She walked outside with me following her. 

A beautiful landscape, maybe even so beautiful to see the sun set and rise. A grassy flat land with shrubs and bushes here and there. Some rocks and boulders and also some trees. In the distance i could see buildings and towers. We move up ahead some more and i could see a wall. Is this a big village. Wait i remember this village. Village of Capilarra one of the biggest. 

"Why are we here?" I asked Elise.

"You see I am a so called princess around the world, I went to adventure to see if the legends were true, now i'm coming back just in case my father is worried." explained Elise.

"Mmm, ok" I replied

"People say i met one of the gods but i don't remember that." she said even further.

We get off our ride and walk towards the doors. In one of the towers, a man yells out to open the gate since Elise is here. I felt like a god then. We continue our path to the castle. On the way up she asks my full name for some reason. I simply said 'Lockwood Mantin'. 

"Strange, the leader of the gods is named Mantin." She looked confused

"I mean I didn't get it at first as well." i smiled at her.

We continue to walk all the way up to her room. After opening the door we see her father making the bed and cleaning the room. He looks up at us with a shocked face and ran to hug Elise. Afterwards she introduces me and he happily makes me welcome to the place. Not only was that shocking but since i don't have a place to live with my little sister they got me a room for guests. They seem very nice to me. Even the people who live in the village also think so too. After being settled in my sister wakes up and goes crazy about the new place. I tell her to calm down and the king let us stay. I also ask if she wants to meet the princess because she is always wanting to be one. We both go up to her room. She opens the door to see me and the adorable little girl next to me.

"Oh she is awake,"she lets us in to the room,"so what do you want"

"uhh my sister just wanted to meet you"I answered. 

"oh ok" she walked up to her," what do you want to do little one"

"I want to play"She answers back.

We play with her for a full 2 hours and even for the 1 hour she played with the king. We said sorry but he didn't mind since he loves to play with people and make them happy. A random guy comes in to tell the king that a certain person wants to meet him. We go there and we see a tall man with a wolf beside him. He asks to see the princess and talk to her. She goes to discuss and comes back with tragic news. She says the demon kingdom has been revived by a person and is now trying to find Mantin and reunite with him to destroy and take over all the kingdoms. I kinda got scared but she said not to worry. Their plan was to go find the 5 souls and defeat the demon race. I thought it was a legend but apparently it is true. They need all the help they need and everyone they pick didnt want to come. So it was the tall guy and Elise. I volunteered so they accepted since they need as much help. I told my sister i was going away for some time. They gave me a sword to practice. They watch me wield it and weirdly i swiped once and the wood cut perfectly in half. I was amazed on how i didnt even try and Elise and the guy were shocked. They told me they are going to bring me. I said ok cool. And get ready for the adventure to find the 5 souls.
